I called this place over 3 months prior to needing the item tailored. That advices to come in mid June. I then called and made appt. When I showed up for the appt. A man who hardly spoke English was there. I told him we had appointment and he saw the dress. Told me it was going to be expensive without even knowing the work needed. I said that fine, when we the dress was being tried on he kept making excuses and saying that that didn't need to be fixed. Very bad attitude. It was like he did not want to do the job. I took my wedding dress to get it trimmed from the lower back because there was extra fabric. Took my measurements and dropped it off and was told to come back in a week. A week later I come to pick it up and the guy in the front table says it's not ready and to come back tomorrow and it'll be ready... the next day.... I noticed the dress was folded inside and sewn, the extra fabric is still there and I can't zip up the dress. I asked the guy to check on it and he said ohhh it's not ready yet and that you were supposed to come to try it out before cutting the fabric. Mind you VERY POOR COMMUNICATION!! They have my dam phone number and I come in thinking it was ready! So I try it out and measured again.... the next day...they put CLIPS on the upper part of my dress where the zipper is OPEN and left the extra fabric there as well. I would give them a 3.5 star review. I am writing this review not to hurt the business but just to share my experience. I brought my linen suit pants to the Firestone location in early June to get dry cleaned. I picked them up without an issue, and a few days later when I wore them I noticed that the metal hook to close the pants had been ripped out of the waistband. It was not a huge deal since there was also a button on my pants that I could use, but I was annoyed since I had just purchased the pants. A few weeks later in early July, I brought my pants to the Imperial location to be cleaned again and hopefully have the hook replaced. With the time limit I gave them, they were not able to repair the hook as their tailor was not there, and I understood. When I picked up the pants afterwards, I discovered that one of the metal adjuster buckles from the waistband had been removed/fallen off. This incident made me more upset as it caused a fit issue for me and created an aesthetic issue I could not easily fix. I returned to the Imperial location last week and requested that they replace the the waistband adjuster buckle and the metal waistband hook. They were able to complete this for me over a few days. When I tried on the pants this past weekend for a wedding I was attending, the new hook that they put in immediately fell off. The reason why is that it was not actually sewn in to the pants, and the tailor removed fabric from the waistband, making the hook too short to actually reach the clasp. This made me more frustrated as I feel they did not provide a detailed solution to fix my pants. Thankfhey were able to replace both my waistband adjuster buckles so they would match. All this is to say I do not think this place is a bad dry cleaning place at all! I actually think they did a very good job with the clothing in terms of cleaning. I would perhaps exercise caution if you have items with a lot of metal closures/hooks/attachments that are delicate and in need of tailoring specifically. The owner completely heard my complaints and addressed them, I just don't think it was the best executed solution. read more

Finally found a cleaner that simply does what is required and does it just the way I like it. Been looking for a cleaner local to me that will be able to dry clean my clothes, whether its delicate items or simple dress pants. I've had many places just fumble the ball. Either they leave new stains or can't even bother to press my pants when I tell them when dropping them off and clearly, they are already pressed. From the first time I dropped off a pair of pants and a nice sweater I knew this place was good. The guy who is always there is nice but quick to the point. Always has my items in a few days even If I don't need it that fast. Of course, every time I've taken dress pants they came back with presses and cleaned. Taken sweaters and shirts and also have come back perfect. They have earned my business and I will keep coming back as long as the quality stays the same. read more

I don't like to write bad reviews, b/c I understand that sometimes I'm not going to get the best service, b/c people have crappy days & it has nothing to do with me, etc. This bad review is very warranted tho. It was my fault that I forgot to have my jumpsuit hemmed, so last minute I was scrambling to find a place that could hem it in two days. I was going to go to Anaheim, but I only have a one hour lunch & was afraid of getting back late. I went in Dalla's this last Monday, 9/18, around 2pm-ish. The young man at the front (I didn't get his name) pinned the jumpsuit with the platforms I was going to wear & I told him emphatically that I needed it by Wednesday, like 10am. He told me it was going to be ready the next day, Tuesday, before 7pm. I couldn't pick it up Tuesday b/c I just get off too late from work. I get there Wednesday, 9/20, around 10:15am, & the young man was not there, a woman with dark straight hair was. I showed her my receipt & she goes to look for my jumpsuit. She's looking, looking, & I was describing it to her poorly & then we both see it almost at the same time, right behind the seamstress, sitting on top of another sewing machine & looking very untouched & gathering dust. She asked the seamstress (an older Asian lady with limited English) if she had hemmed it & she hadn't. I told the woman that I needed it that day, b/c I was planning on wearing it to L.A. & that I had to leave like in 45 mins. She asked the seamstress how long it would take & asked me if I can wait 30 more mins. It was like she had not heard that I had no time! The seamstress was looking very unfazed at the sight of my near hysteria & was hemming some crusty brown pants that their owner did not need as much as I needed my beautiful paisley jumpsuit! The woman apologized to me & I grabbed my jumpsuit & walked out. I threw a tantrum when I got home, of course, & there was clothes EVERYWHERE. I will never go there again & I hope that whoever reads this doesn't expect for them to keep their word. I was also told that all pants cost $15 to hem, but it was going to cost me $20, I don't know why. They can't even keep their prices reliable. read more

I brought my wedding dress to get dry cleaned and have a huge red stain removed (truly, I didn't think it would come off completely) they made my dress look better than when I bought it. I paid a good buck to have it cleaned. But they did amazing. I was greeted so kindly from start to finish by the employees. My dress even got put into a specialized bag to protect it from the elements. When I arrived he knew exactly which one was my dress which made me happy. Dalla's took over my other cleaners (Park Cleaners) and then closed it. So now I come here. The place is easy to get to. This is my second visit. The service is great. Today I met Mayra she was very friendly and efficient. The quality of their work is great. Its a little confusing with pricing - but that will undoubtedly get sorted out at some time. Not very good. Very much a mom and pop business, with a lack of organization. Weeks back dropped off about 15 pieces for a week turnaround, prepaid all good. When I return (no one at the desk) as always, then was told to wait while they gather my order. Waited for about 15-20 minutes as my order was not completed. I could not stand around for any longer as they attempted to finish. I informed I would come back another time for my last piece. When i arrive to pick up my last shirt they could not find it!?
