100% recommend Dallas Skydive Center! I purchased the tandem skydiving for my boyfriend's birthday. Unfortunately due to weather we had to reschedule but they were super great about rescheduling & constant communication. The hanger is a great area with snacks, water (for purchase) & picnic tables while waiting or observing from the ground. They also allow well behaved dogs on leash if you want to bring them. My boyfriend had a wonderful experience. Instructors are professional & provide fun humor. Also, I was very happy with the video & picture package which is emailed afterwards. Be sure to bring cash to tip the awesome instructors.

Had an amazing experience! Felt very confident in my safety through the whole process. The instructors were awesome and helped make sure I had fun on my first jump

10/5 stars. I highly recommend Rob Rovi as your random skydiving jumper. I had a blast and can't wait to do it again.

I had decided to skydive on my 60th birthday. I found Skydive Dallas on the internet and made the decision to go . As a first timer I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the minute I checked in to the time I left I was made to feel welcomed. The team there is wonderful and I was very relaxed because of Larry and Cruzy, not sure of spelling, sorry. I have told everyone to go here if they choose to skydive. I'm planning on going back when I turn 65, maybe sooner. Thank you Skydive Dallas for making my experience unforgettable!!!! Debbie

Dallas Skydiving center was awesome; from first phone contact through the actual dive, they were safety conscious and informative. My first dive had to be rescheduled due to weather and my second was time postponed due to the arrival of a professional dive team. It was amazing though, because I got to watch the actual planning and execution of the dive team. Overall a really great experience. I am going to book another dive and invite colleagues as a team building excercise.

A++ all the way. I'm not going to lie I was slightly nervous going up top in that little plane and then when the turbulence hit my nervous system went to another level lol ... overall though 5 star service all the way. Before going up they explain to you the do's and dont's etc and then you get to mingle with your instructor some before going up in the air. Prior to jumping though they make sure you're good and you have the option to back out if you choose. The initial jump is scary when you look over and see down below but once you jump out it's no turning back!

THIS IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! My boyfriend came out today to skydive for the 4th with a group of friends and they had a blast. Everyone on the Dallas Skydive Center's team is so welcoming and makes the experience memorable. They are very informative -- talking through safety and procedures but still keeping it fun and making sure everyone is comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in skydiving! Thanks for making our 4th of July one we won't forget!

Been to this awesome place to jump on my birthday the past 2 years and it's been an incredible experience both times. We always feel safe and all the employees have great sense of humors so their fun banters make you feel more comfortable about the whole dropping from the sky situation haha. Will be back this September for sure!!

    There goes our plane.

While I was very nervous for my first jump my instructor, Will, was very reassuring, fun, and enthusiastic every step of the way!

There is a surfing area, and in the Spring/Summer, it gives a nice breeze. Staff - 5/5 - Friendly and attentive. Was sitting outside and made sure that we were taken care of. Food/Drink - Ordered the following: Fireside Sliders - 5/5 - The gouda on these bad boys are great. Highly recommend. Flatbread - 4/5 - Nothing too special, but great for the kiddos. Duck Duck Burger - 5/5 - The DUCK bacon on this burger is EXCELLENT, in addition to the burger itself. Highly recommend. They have a decent Happy Hour menu for food and drinks. Overall, I really enjoy the place, the prices for both dinner and HH is great, and will definitely be back.

We ate here last weekend on a beautiful sunny afternoon. There are two different areas to sit…read moreupstairs at the bar and then downstairs along the water's patio. The upstairs overlooks the surfing area and it took us away from feeling like we were in the colony. So, as far as a scenic overlook goes, it is unique in the north Texas area. For food, we tried a couple of different things, and the menu is definitely a step above your normal bar food or even casual restaurant food. The beat hummus was great, the assortment of veggies was unique and not the norm, and the pita bread was warm and fresh. We also ordered the fig pizza, which was delicious. Since we were there for cocktails, we kept things light, so we all split the venison tacos, which come two to a serving. They were a little light as an entrée, but we were there for the cocktails, right? So, five stars for the food, creativity, presentation, and options. They have a pretty big drink menu and options for beers. I would probably recommend that they look into their tap refrigerator because it's going to get a workout during the summer months. I like my beer really cold, and it could've used few degrees less when served in plastic glasses. I would also tell the staff to remind guests not to touch the bottom of the glass because it uses the tap and keg system where it fills the glass from the bottom I accidentally put my fingerinto the where the plug is and it dumped beer all over the table - rookie mistake! My only advice would be to consider the weather when you go. The upstairs does have some tables with gas fire pits and some heaters above; however, if you're sitting out around the edge, which we were, you may want to consider something to wear when the sun goes down on the cooler. Likewise, if you're out there during the middle of the summer, you might want to bring a hat, as those outdoor edges did not have umbrellas. I'm sure this place will be hopping now that the weather has turned nice. Regarding bathrooms, the upstairs patio has a shared one-seater, which seems to be a little bit of an afterthought as there is probably seating for about 30 people up there. We eventually found the larger bathrooms, which are down on the deck by the water, and the locker rooms, where people change to get into their swimwear. I would definitely recommend going down there if you're sitting upstairs. We meet one of the owners. He's a special forces ranger from Hawaii. Being a veteran myself, we enjoyed a little military talk.
