I brought my beautiful Black family of five, and we didn't even make it 45 seconds. The moment we stepped inside, we were aggressively met by a woman whose first instinct was to bark a list of rules, everything we couldn't do, without a greeting, without courtesy, and with all the stank attitude, we got the point - we are not welcome here. And that's fine. Say it. Own it. We would've respected honesty... but don't waste our time with the BS.

We literally asked at every practice and had several follow up emails that ended with "someone will get back to you" with no response.(this was for recreation/less competitive teams btw so it isn't like my kid missed a tryout or anything) I get things get messy with a merge but my last email wasn't even acknowledged. If that is how Sting operates, we have no choice but to find a different place for our kid to play.

The coaches played dumb and said they knew nothing about it. That's a problem. I emailed corporate my concerns and a guy named Stuart reached out to me for the "internal investigation". To sum it all up Stuart already had his mind made up of what the outcome was going to be. I asked if I would know the outcome and he said no. We will be taking further action to make sure this does not happen again to another innocent child.
