When I got home, I pulled the previous 2 exams and the prescription looked wildly off so I scanned the three prescriptions and emailed them, asking to have the doctor review them since I did not want to order lenses that may not be correct. A week went by and no reply.... The previous prescription the doctor wrote but the staff couldn't give it to me when I was leaving because the doctor had left for the day - the prescription has an electronic signature so I don't get that at all! I just don't get the incompetence of this office and their staff. This is the second bad experience but there won't be a third.

But I could not see well with the glasses I purchased at each place. Then I went to Eyecare Assoc. and got a new prescription, different than the other two. I ordered the glasses and voila! I can see with my new glasses! For at least two years I had glasses with the wrong prescription. I wish I could remember the name of the Optometrist I saw. She was great!

Walmart replaced my nose pads, and I have had nothing but problems with the pads. They have broken twice. After the eye exam today, they replaced my nose pads at no charge. Walmart charged $1.88 per pad.
