Dr. Johnson is a very caring, kind, high quality doctor, in my opinion. He also identified a very serious issue with my wife's eyes that she was also concerned about and probably saved her vision. His relationships with local professionals allowed her to get surgery right away. Staff is wonderful, friendly and caring. Now, if they just served big macs which I waited...woops, guess I better get some breakfast.

After the appointment, they said I was only partially covered and I owe money for the exam and I have to pay for my glasses. Medicare covers my eye exam and glasses 100%. They said afterwards that my insurance did not cover 100% with them, which they never told us. Was not very happy and will not recommend this place. I will have to report this also to medicare and my insurance company.

Dr. Aryah took my husband's blood pressure and told him to go to the emergency room at the hospital...across the street. My husband did as suggested...and was life flighted from Newport, OR to Portland where he received a pacemaker. When I got home, I pulled the previous 2 exams and the prescription looked wildly off so I scanned the three prescriptions and emailed them, asking to have the doctor review them since I did not want to order lenses that may not be correct. A week went by and no reply.... The previous prescription the doctor wrote but the staff couldn't give it to me when I was leaving because the doctor had left for the day - the prescription has an electronic signature so I don't get that at all! I just don't get the incompetence of this office and their staff. This is the second bad experience but there won't be a third.

Walmart replaced my nose pads, and I have had nothing but problems with the pads. They have broken twice. After the eye exam today, they replaced my nose pads at no charge. Walmart charged $1.88 per pad.
