The owner is a crook and a thief. I came in to buy a lady presidential Rolex watch. I specifically informed the shop owner that I didn't want anything with aftermarket parts. I bought a watch for $9,500 on Friday 10/10/2025. The shop was closed Monday 10/13/2025 for Columbus Day. On 10/13/2025 I took the watch to Rolex where they informed me the watch was not original, it had aftermarket crystal, aftermarket face, & a non Rolex band. When I brought the watch back to the store on 10/15/2025 and requested a refund, the owner refused to give me a refund leaving me stuck with a non authentic Rolex. Horrible experience I would not recommend to anybody that they come here. The owner is a scammer! read more

Anyone even thinking about buying from these crooks...just look at the responses from the low reviews...The OWNER responds by calling people names and unbelievably rude and no remorse!!!! Here is my story...can't wait to see what they reply to me with! THEY ARE CROOKS! Texted to get a quote/watch at 11pm last night and Shane responded with what I wanted right away. I was happy and ready to buy but as soon as I asked about a comparable watch from another dealer he descended into slandering the other dealer (BeckerTime) with profanity and then further descended into throwing the FBombs at me and threatened to come beat me up for even mentioning the other watch dealer. He said he would kill the other dealer and I in a ring and asked what drugs I was on to be texting so late. (I need a watch for Valentines for girlfriend; which he said was for a gay lover to insult me) He persisted in name calling and threatening me for texting him so late. (Don't respond if you don't want to or if it's too late!!) I don't know why he went down this path when I was ready to buy but merely brought up a competitor who he hates and literally said he wants to kill. (Shane (the owner!) has huge anger issues!!!) Unreal the unprofessional business acumen for first denigrating his competition and then threatening me and calling me names for bringing it up. Talk about a fair weather friend. After this treatment, I would NEVER give him or this company a crack at my business again! I do fear he will come after me for posting this as he said he would! But I will not be bullied! We settled on a Ladies Rose-Gold mid-80's Rolex in very fine nice condition....The clasp on follow-up simply needed a little bit of bolstering to help It hold fast it's clasp. DW&D Handled the customer service flawlessly & with kind professionalism & concertedness. I ended up buying another Ladies 2-Tone mid-90's Rolex with a bit bigger dial so she could read it and perhaps use the other one for opera or other foo-foo events. We've had both watches serviced for cracked-crystals, sprung or lazy-to-engage winders, & for regular cleaning & service & it's always the same friendly service & wonderful follow up & attentiveness. They are presently servicing my Wifey's 2 Rolex's & replacing the dial-face on a 20 year-old mens 2-tone Rolex she got for my birthday when we were first married. So forget the 1-star, 2-star & even 3-star ratings because in my experience in dealing with people? Those 1-star people are just bullshitting trolls out to get revenge because they didn't get away with the scam that they wanted to perpetrate on others. I recently visited Dallas Watch & Diamonds and dealt with Shane and Parrish. Going in I was a little apprehensive as I've never sold any of my time pieces, only done a few trades with friends in watch clubs here and there. I'd been considering for a while, selling a Panerai Luminor and a Tag Carrera and had entertained a few bids from buyers as well as Crown & Caliber. In visiting with Shane and Parish, I believe they offered me a fair value for both pieces. While it was a bit lower then what I believed to be reasonable for both pieces, being a watch collector, I understood the rationale after we engaged in dialogue. After all, their rationale was for the same reasons I was considering divesting of these two time pieces. While I only visited initially to get an appraised value to consider, I ended up liking and respecting these two gentlemen enough to take things a step further and purchase a Rolex DateJust II from them during the visit. All in all, I appreciated the professionalism, candor and thoroughness that both of these gentleman demonstrated. They were also extremely kind and patient with our kids while we were there, and gave them some nice half dollar sized copper coins to play with to occupy their time. I've got to tell you - these guys we're more than fair with me. I brought in a couple of watches; a Breitling and TAG. They very generously changed the Breitling battery and fitted the band on the TAG for no charge. I decided to purchase a bracelet for my wife and was able to agree on a price which I thought was reasonable. Yes, they are in the jewelry business and they have a markup on their inventory, and yes the inventory is mostly used, and it's all high quality. Especially they're Rolex collection. They had a really great selection of premium Rolex's and Brietlings to choose from and even had a ton diamond rings look through. The pricing was really competitive too, as I did a fair amount of research before going to the store and didn't see watches of this quality with prices like these anywhere else. Decided to try DWD and have been pleasantly pleased so far with the service provided by Mark. He was very friendly and customer service oriented and wasn't pushy on a certain style or price of Rolex. Just listened to what I was looking for. Once I had found what I was looking for we agreed on a fair price and he put it all together for me in a nice package. My wife totally loved the watch and we even went back in to get it fitted. His partner was also friendly and even gave the kids their own piece of "pirate treasure" each a full copper dollar coin.
