So I went to the watch place today ready to buy my 1st swiss watch! The watch I wanted to see is 10k but I wasn't ready to buy today(2027) However I did have a 3K budget for today. I went in wearing a LV hoodie and some ripped jeans. Do yall know that no one ever even spoke to me! I was so excited to get my 1st real watch and the mfs didn't even greet me! I wish I would give you 3K @watches of Switzerland in Legacy West! It is a shame cause I was ready to create a relationship and buy the 10k from them too...as well as others...oh well! I cannot say enough about my incredible experience at Watches of Switzerland, Plano Legacy West. On the Pre-Owned and luxury brands side, Jonathan is simply outstanding. His knowledge across every watch brand is mind-blowing. He guided us into two amazing timepieces -- the Hulk and a Platinum Day-Date -- and he was right when he told us people would constantly ask about the Hulk! What began as simple window shopping turned into us leaving with two grails. Jonathan's calm, welcoming approach made both my husband and I feel so comfortable and excited about building our collection. Most importantly, Jonathan also introduced us to Krissy on the Rolex side -- and that introduction has been life-changing for our Rolex journey. On the new Rolex side, Krissy has been nothing short of incredible. From the very first moment, she made both of us feel truly special. She explained the history and legacy of Rolex in detail, placed us on the right wish lists immediately, and always follows up with thoughtful updates. Krissy doesn't just sell watches -- she makes you feel like family while guiding you in shaping your collection. She has played such an important role in helping me and my wife start creating a legacy collection that means so much to us. Kevin has also been fantastic, sharing Rolex insights alongside Krissy, and their teamwork shows just how much they value every client. The hospitality here is unmatched. Anesha welcomed us warmly with coffee and drinks, and even the support staff impressed us -- one associate was carefully wiping under the showcases to make sure everything stayed spotless. The attention to detail is incredible and reflects the pride this team has in their boutique. The whole environment is calm, relaxing, and pressure-free. Every visit feels like an experience, not just shopping. I already have plans to create a showcase at home inspired by theirs. I bought a couple of watches from this place in 2024, both because I wanted them and because I was hoping to build a relationship with the store, which is apparently a thing in watch-buying these days - to get the in-demand watches you want, you have to build a buying history with a retailer. I didn't exactly break the bank here in 2024 but I did spend over $10k to get a couple of nice watches. Apparently that's not enough to build the requisite history. After months on a waiting list and after being told that a particular watch I wanted had come in but had been sold to someone who apparently spends more, I went gray-market to get the watch. That's apparently the way to go. Watches of Switzerland is fine for the watches they have in stock and are willing to sell you. For in-demand watches, you'll have to spend more than I did. read more

I would not recommend giving your business to this establishment, especially the Rolex section I was there yesterday and witnessed the Rolex employees talking negatively about a couple who had just left the showroom. They were negatively talking about them in the middle of the showroom with no care about the fact that everyone could hear them. No one should go into an establishment and leave only to be talked about negatively by the employees. This is definition of unprofesionalism. When I asked to speak to the manager about the inappropriate behavior, he didn't even have the professionalism to approach me. I had to go up to him when he came out from the back. Do not give your hard earned money to these disrespectful and unprofessional people. read more

Wow wow wow. Would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. Horrible customer service. We are watch collectors and had to ask for help from their staff. They actually turned the lights out at exactly 6:00pm closing time, while customers were still shopping for watches, and literally ushered us all out the door like cattle. Have never been treated so rudely in a store. It's a disgrace to Legacy West shopping center to have a brand that is so bad and so out of touch with taking care of their customers. Do not waste your time here. Every jewelry store and watch store in the DFW AREA has better customer service. And I say that confidently because there is no way anyone could be worse. They have no interest in selling their watches, sadly. read more

Customer service was excellent! I went in looking for a new luxury watch for myself to celebrate getting my dream job. Everyone was super nice especially Jonathan. I explained to him that I was just looking around to get a good idea of what I want and that I would come back a few months later once I have the funds to purchase a watch. He was extremely knowledgeable and was more than willing to show me around and look at watches in the price range I was willing to spend, even knowing I wasn't spending any money that day. Worst customer service experience. White salesman in a blue suit and a goofy smile (4/7/2024 330pm) was not willing to engage with my son and I. We were the only customers on the store. I greeted him, asked him an open ended question to make small talk, asked about a specific luxury watch brand, and also of recommendations. His responses were yes, yeah, no, there are many (in that order). I'm certain this is not who you want representing your organization. read more

My husband and I frequent this store about every 3 to 4 months and all the employees remember us each time. It feels great. The staff is knowlegable and professional. They have a great selection of Omega, Tag, Hublot, Grand Seiko, Zenith, pre-owned Tudor and Rolex and a few other brands. read more

First, note that Watches of Switzerland (WoS) is NOT at 7301 Windrose Avenue (which was it's original location when it was Timeless Luxury). In August 2023, it moved further north in the mall and is now located at 7700 Windrose Avenue, Suite G-175. The new location is noticeably smaller than the previous one, meaning fewer watches to view and select from. In visiting the new location, I found the "usual suspects" - Omega, TAG, etc. - but did not see high-end brands like IWC, Blancpain, etc. Nor did I see any pre-owned watches (something the previous location had a great selection of). If these were there, they were well-hidden. I was in the market for a new watch and had purchased watches from their previous location over the last couple of years. But my experience in the new location was that I was completely ignored by the sales staff (and it appears previous sales staff that I dealt with may also be gone). So with a smaller location, with less inventory, and with sales staff that didn't appear interested in helping me, I don't see a reason to come back. (Coincidentally, in what can only be called a stunning move, on Aug 25, 2023, Rolex moved to acquire Bucherer - which had previously acquired mega-retailer Tourneau only a few years ago. This news sent WoS stock PLUMMETING 30%, which does not look good for the company! It means Rolex will consolidate their own brands - Rolex and Tudor - as well as other brands, potentially freezing out dealers like WoS. This is an emerging story, so further details should be coming out over the following months. But it would not be a surprise if this had a significant impact on WoS.) read more

I have been on the lookout for a particular Zenith watch, so took advantage of a trip from Houston to visit family, to stop in and check out Watches of Switzerland in Dallas. We were greeted warmly by Shawn who welcomed us into the store and helped connect us with an expert, Heidi, who assisted in locating the watch I desired. As luck would have it, they were the only store in Texas with inventory of the model I was looking for, but sadly the two they had in stock had been purchased 30 minutes prior to my arrival. The new owners were there awaiting sizing and were kind enough to let me take a peak. Heidi was very helpful in showing my wife and I a number of alternative options, and was also quick to confirm there was more inventory coming and she would help source the specific model I was looking for. Overall a great visit, and a business that I will drive from Houston to work with, based on their staff knowledge, courtesy...and a great selection of hard to find watches! read more

I've bought watches all over God's creation and this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Promises and assurances made, none of them kept. The customer service is smug and unapologetic. They'll take your money and then can't deliver. If you're in the market for a luxury watch there are plenty of stores with the same (or better) products and much better customer service. Don't waste your time with these clowns. read more

Watches of Switzerland is one of my favorite stores in Legacy West. Not only because of the beautiful and abundant assortment of timepieces, but also because of the wonderful staff! When my family and I come here to shop, it feels like we're visiting friends. Whenever we come in, we're happy to be greeted by Sean. He is such a kind-hearted and thoughtful person who makes the experience here even better! Our 4 year old daughter loves seeing him just as much as my husband and I do since he is just so sweet, personable, and friendly. Kevin is one of our go-to's. He is nice and very knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help. Definitely recommend stopping by to see the great watches and awesome staff! read more
