I initially chose Dallas Window and Gutter Cleaning because of all the positive reviews on yelp. The initial phone call was pleasant and informative. Michael and his son/assistant showed up on time. They were friendly and courteous. Michael did give me some 'grief' for not cleaning my windows for 7 1/2 years though. But he took extra time making sure the job was done right. When they were finished I was truly astounded! I'm still amazed at how much more light is coming into my home now. I found this company from a post on Nextdoor. I looked them up and found they had five star ratings. I couldn't find anything lower than five stars anywhere. And now I know why! My windows look great and they even cleaned my garage door windows which I didn't ask for. The price I paid was less than the price he quoted. He even blew out the window sills with what looked like a miniature leaf blower. The owner of the company did the outside while his son did the inside. They were both extremely pleasant. In fact, after the son was done on the inside, he played with my cat for a couple minutes. The same cat that doesn't like people! That shows you that he's a gentle soul! And they were both concerned about my safety with covid-19. The son wore a mask and the father did until I went back inside. Great guys! read more

I called Mike to have my rain gutters fixed and he was able to schedule me for the coming Saturday immediately. He found that tar for the gutter corners were completely gone. He was able to put some sealant on and said he'd be back in two days to apply tar to all of them. Monday afternoon he came back just as promised! He was able to get everything finished in about an hour. He also cleaned our large front window above our door and it looks awesome! Due to an upcoming move to a new state, we were preparing to list our house for sale. One of the major items on my to-do list was to clean all the windows, and it was a job I was dreading. Having just purchased my Texas residence, relocated from San Diego, I was eager to have the windows thoroughly cleaned since having family over for Christma soon. I interviewed 3 prospective window cleaning organizations. 2 of the 3 provided me with slick marketing materials, etc. This window cleaner has not such materials, just substance, which I value over the show. Upon their arrival, they worked like a well tuned orchestra - because it's a family owned and managed organization each family member knew their part to play. After a few hours I was blown away - my extremely highly critical window cleaning expectations were clearly(no pun intended) exceeded. Their prices are extremely competitive vs. the larger multi layered cleaning organizations - needing spend money(yours) on brotures and middle management resources.
