I came in for a training lash lift, they were doing 50% for the trainers. With that understanding, my provider did seem very shy and I feel may have skipped over some of the intro readings they may normally do (like how about how lash lifting can lighten your lashes temporarily), but I felt most of the intro was comprehensive. It was very relaxing for the most part, the bed is soft and heated. I did with the overhead lights had been turned off or dimmed for a more relaxing experience. Toward the end, I believe the owner came in to check on the trainee, and it was a little disruptive - she did not introduce herself or preface to me what she was doing, and since I had my eyes shut for the lift, I was a little taken aback. They do have a lot of add ins, and are a little pushy on them for my taste, but they were not much ($5 for eye patches) so ultimately I bought a few. The same owner did *highly encourage* additional services and leaving a review right in front of her which did feel pestering. If you are good about speaking against that stuff, then she let it go. I had the most disappointing experience at Dallash today and I'm so sad to leave this review. I received a text offering a $20 spray tan deal for September, which was perfect since I wouldn't typically pay more than $20 for this service. However, my visit turned into a nightmare. Isela, the technician, took me to the spray tan room without mentioning any additional charges and this is normal since I prepay. While applying the tan, she added an unauthorized $10 add-on service and put it onto my bill. When I questioned it upon checkout, she insisted I had to pay, despite not requesting it. I had planned to tip $10, which I believe is fair for a spray tan and what I normally do at sugared and bronzed (which is the only place I will go from now on). But due to Isela's dishonesty and lack of willingness to resolve the issue, I couldn't tip in good conscience. I also noticed the tan was patchy upon leaving which I'll attach pictures of. Upon reaching out to address my concerns, I received texts from Kasia and calls from a blocked number (which she said was herself). Kasia argued that I was already getting a discounted service and should've tipped and paid for the add-on because it was a good tan and that the customer service shouldn't have affected my tip. She later offered a refund through Zelle or on a future purchase but not without treating me poorly. I also don't have Zelle so she reluctantly refunded my card. That is why this is 2 stars instead of 1. This entire experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend Dallash to anyone unless you're going to Raven or Lacie because they are the only ones who have treated me professionally . I've attached screenshots below to highlight Kasia's unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. I understand Isela was in training but this should have been an easy fix and they should have take accountability, not blamed the client. As to Kasias response - I called both locations since I was getting texts instead of a call. I was calling to cancel all future appointments as well not to "harass" her techs and I only spoke to them once- so her saying I'm not welcome there anymore is a great middle ground . As you can see from her responses to all of her bad reviews- she refuses to see there can ever be an issue on her end and uses words like "harass" to scare bad reviewers. When you have a bad experience somewhere and the owner handles it poorly, a review is an appropriate response. Goodluck here! Again I recommend Lacie or Raven - they're great gals who won't add additional services without asking. I did exfoliate yesterday as well. And there was only one call with her staff.

Before & After: Brow Lamination & Classic Lash Extensions

Been going here for about a year now. Found this place to prep for my wedding. Started off with lash extensions then later converted to lash and brow laminations. Lash & Brow Lamination - Stefani does a great job with the lash & brow laminations - she explains each step and remembers what I liked last time. Really detail oriented & thorough, my lashes and brows have never looked better! Full Face Wax - I definitely recommend Raven for this one. She did my first full face wax ever - she made me feel relaxed & not anxious at all. Her technique was very soothing and I never got any post-wax breakouts. Facial - Faith did a great job with my first facial ever. I even went after getting a root canal earlier that day & I did not experience any extra face pain! I definitely recommended my husband get one of these since it comes with head, neck, shoulder, & arm massage - you feel SO relaxed right before bed. Overall, this place is definitely my Go-to for relaxation and pampering. I highly recommend for any Bride-to-Be or just treating yourself, & I LOVE coming back.

I recently moved to Dallas and have been looking for a new lash business. After reading the reviews at Dallash (oak lawn). After booking my appointment online , I was sent a form to fill out. The morning of my appointment I was sent a text asking to go on their instagram page and choose a couple of pictures of what I was looking for. First, there is plenty of parking, second , the space had a great vibe and very clean. I had an appointment for custom lashes, after going over everything with Ashley, I decided to go with a cat eye look. It took about 2 hours for my initial visit, and WOW it was with every minute! I thought my gal in California was good, Ashley did an amazing job! They were exactly what I wanted and more! Sooo happy with my new lashes!

I began my relationship with Dallash on 24Aug2022 - barely one (1) year ago - with the technician, Stefani. I thought she was great; I had no complaints. For reference, a list of all of my service appointments at Dallash, and with whom: Appointments with Stefani: 1) 24Aug2022 2) 27Oct2022 3) 21Dec2022 4) 14Feb2023 Appointments with Faith: 5) 22May2023 6) 13Jul2023 7) 11Sep2023 It is important to note that each of these services included: 1) Eyelash lift with tint 2) Brow lamination with tint These services cost $354.41 (including a 20% tip) every eight (8) weeks. This is nearly fifty percent (50%) more than the cost for these same services, using similar products, at any of the other highly reputable and comparable salons in Dallas. It's apparent that Kasia, the owner, is reluctant to acknowledge customer dissatisfaction - regardless of the substance or veracity of any resultant complaints. There is a total unwillingness to 1) offer a partial refund, 2) extend a credit towards the next visit, 3) allow the technician the opportunity to correct any application mistakes, or even, minimally, 4) just provide a more collaborative and/or slightly updated and accommodating process for the next service to ensure customer satisfaction. As you can see, vis-à-vis our correspondence (please see attached - image 4), she was not interested in rectifying any of the shortcomings I highlighted, nor merely receiving them. Her language, plainly to me, twice, was, "we believe finding an alternative service provider may be the most suitable solution for you." No discussion. No consideration of the facts. No accountability for the inconsistency in her employees' technique. No observance of the evidentiary images I provided. No willingness to hear my two (2) complaints concerning Faith, nor efforts to fix them, though I had zero (0) complaints when Stefani was my technician for the four (4) treatments prior. She certainly did not offer to extend a partial credit to me in lieu of correcting the failed work either. This, collectively, solidified Dallash's complete and total unwillingness to uphold any standard of professionalism. Let us now review the timeline and facts, in summary. While with Stefani: 1) I had four (4) stellar service treatments with Stefani between 24Aug2022 to 14Feb2023. No complaints whatsoever. While with Faith: 2) Dallash arbitrarily switched technicians before my fifth visit, without informing me, and after they had drafted a $100 deposit from my credit card. Unacceptable business practices, by all regards. 3) My first appointment with Faith, on 22May2023, was pretty good, and I figured I could work with her, moving forward, to improve what slightly bothered me about her brow lamination techniques. I did not complain. 4) I first complained about Faith's brow lamination after my second appointment with her (13Jul2023), and should have taken note of it more immediately, but was rushing to go out of the country for a week, so the manner in which I reported my issue was a bit untimely. Though I still provided pictures, where you can obviously see a defect in the "setting" stage of her process that is irrespective of the time it took me to complain (please see image 1). 5) I complained about Faith's brow lamination after my third appointment with her (11Sep2023), within the 48 hours of our appointment - as stipulated by Raven on 18Jul2023 (please see image 2) - yet was not offered the opportunity to have Faith "adjust" my treatment, per raven's aforementioned policy. I provided pictures to substantiate this issue, in this instance, as well. 6) When I did reach out to the owner, Kasia, as directed, on 20Sep2023, I was told to "find an alternative salon" (please see image 3). 7) I texted Dallash on 17Oct2023, requesting a future appointment, still hoping to, somehow, work out the kinks with Faith, and simply never heard back (please see image 4). I had a problem with my results. I reported this to Dallash within 48 hours of my treatment, as directed, as per company policy. In response, I was told, plainly, to "find another salon." Do not - for any reason - give your patronage to Dallash. This woman, Kasia, has no ethics. She cannot even abide her own company policies. After seven (7) treatments, spending more than $350 each time, that I only complained the last two (2) times, and was not met with ANY concessions nor accountability resultantly, though you can clearly see the error in her employees' technique - entrusting Dallash would be putting too much "faith" in the owner, Kasia's, integrity. As she simply has none. Update: I was able to locate Stefani after she left Dallash! She is SO talented and does such consistent, careful work. I can't wait to start working with her again. She, after all, was the only good thing there ever was about Dallash.

I visited DALLASH and saw Stefani for Brow Sculpting services. As a guy, I am always very picky on where I go for my brows as I want to make sure they can still give me a clean but masculine look. Stefani went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciated their check in process. When you arrive you simply text them that you are there and they text you when to come in. Personally, I'd rather wait comfortably in my car with my AC then awkwardly wait in a lobby. Parking is so easy and they even have a massive parking garage. 10/10 recommended. read more

I came here for an eyebrow lamination about a week ago, and I'm so happy with my results! Faith did so well with my eyebrows. I'm always skeptic about people doing my eyebrows because I've had so many incidents where people take too much hair off or I don't like the shape that I'm given. I've been getting the extreme lash lift with Stefani for over a year now and my lashes look longer and healthier than ever. This might be a fantastic place for lashes, but man it is not the place for eyebrows. I went it to get my eyebrows waxed, and I got them entirely destroyed. It's so bad that hair patches are missing and it's so uneven. PLEASE be careful about getting your brows here. I can't believe I got charged $30 for this. I got to my car and cried! read more

I'm a loyal Dallash customer for my lashes. There are a ton of lash places around but I like Dallash's focus on making sure your natural lashes remain healthy. I get compliments on my lashes all of the time because although they are extensions, they don't look overdone and fake. Truly an enhancement vs something that takes away from your face. The place I had gone to before screwed up my lash lift last time I was there. My lashes were all crisped and they didn't offer to fix them, I was in tears with how upset I was. I came here because I read it's one of the best places in Dallas to get your lashes done and they were right! This is the only place I come to now to get my lash lifts done. The services are very over priced. The lashes themselves for a base lash are what most places charge for a hybrid. Overall the lashes didn't last me very long. My husband also had his eyebrows done and they weren't very well. The two stars are mainly for the staff blaming me for my lashes lasting a week at best and for them botching my husbands eyebrows then telling him castor oil would help grow them back quickly which it did not. For the first part I've worn lashes for 5 years and have been to many places and never have they fallen out so quickly. After 7 days I had half the amount and by week two I needed a full set. When I told the ladies I was told it was my fault as I did not wash them and needed to do so. Again I've worn lashes for over 5 years I know what I can and can't do. I've even reviewed other places as you can see in my profile and never had that issue. As for the second they also sold him the castor oil even tho they messed up the eyebrows in the first place. Why even lie that castor oil would help when it did nothing. It took a month for them to grow back and even then they still looked botched. read more

I've been here a handful of times and the staff has always been pleasant, professional, and they do a wonderful job! I typically come in for a lash lift which has always turned out great and lasted about 5 or so weeks as promised. I've always been satisfied with my services. I love their eyelash extension work too! The owner Kasia is such a professional and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. They offer a variety of self-care services and their location/parking is so convenient for me in Oak Lawn - I love coming here for their great, consistent results! read more

Overall, very pleased with my service! I had "The Works" lash lift with Kasia and she did a great job; my lashes look darker and like I used an eyelash curler. Kasia explained every step that she was doing and why without being prompted, which I really appreciated; she also made sure I understood my lash growth/curl pattern and what to expect from the service. She had very steady hands and was adept in wrangling my stubborn lashes. I am so happy with the results, as I've gotten a lash lift in the past and my lashes were much too curled. Kasia was aware of this and took the time to alter the lash lift process to ensure my lashes came out how I wanted. The facility is small (about 4 rooms, reception area, and restroom), but very clean and with a distinct spa-like feel. They are very careful to keep everything very clean! read more

I arrived at 7:50 p.m., knowing that your posted hours indicate an 8:00 p.m. closing. I was informed by the front desk (Grace) that walk-ins were cut off at 7:15 p.m., but she kindly offered to accommodate me if I was willing to wait. I appreciated the flexibility, and I waited until about 8:15 for the spray. However, I was then told there would be a $15 after-hours fee--a charge that wasn't mentioned upfront when I agreed to wait. Had that been communicated clearly before the delay, I would have declined the service, as the total would have exceeded $50. My concern isn't with the fee itself but with the lack of transparency. I didn't see any reference to an after-hours charge on your website or booking confirmation, and it wasn't brought up until after the wait. That lack of clarity made the experience feel frustrating and avoidable. I'm sharing this in hopes that you'll consider updating your communication practices so customers can make informed decisions before committing to a service.

She said, "Mom, just go to the other PBT on Payne. The girls are actually nice there and they allow you to go the full time on any bed." Today was the last straw. I asked for 12 minutes in bed 12. He said to me, THAT IS NOT AN OPTION. He gave me no reason why. He did not say it was occupied. He did not say the bed was broken. He just said NO WAY. He said I could do 12 minutes in another bed that has a maximum of 16 minutes. Does this sound like unlimited package to you? Or is it just unlimited attitude? Also, when I came in today. The door bell rang, but no one acknowledged me or came to the front desk for 5 minutes. So I nudged the door again to make sure someone heard me. When he came up front, he passively agressively "thanked me" for ringing the door twice. He was basically accusing me of bad behavior. He is always adversarial and passive aggressive and I doubt he lets anyone go the full time. He says he does not want you to burn. But I think he has a power trip with minutes, because he hates his life and people. I don't go to tan for an argument about how many minutes my body can tolerate. I pay for unlimited tanning and my body does not burn. I am sick of dealing with this pathetic excuse for a man. It is a shame, because I love the location and the franchise. He just ruins the whole experience. This is information was gathered over a dozen experiences between myself and my daughter. His manager should retrain him and put a camera on him. I bet he fights every single person about minutes.

Long story short, this ended up being a great experience. I had "Q" who did a fantastic job. When I say she did a great job, I mean, she was inspecting each one of my toe nails like a jeweler inspecting a diamond. She actually scrubbed the rough spots on my feet and took time to make sure the polish was on perfectly. Even though there were a few people in the shop, I did not once feel rushed or uncomfortable. Plus, one of the employees had her kid there who was seriously one of the cutest freakin kids I've ever seen running around offering me Ritz crackers. If you're in the area, come give these ladies some support. I was very impressed and will be back!

They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

I went to Dallash when it first opened to have my lashes tinted and permed, I was really nervous since I had never had that service done before and Dallash was new to me. My lashes looked amazing and I was pleased. I then had my brows microbladed and again was very nervous but she did a beautiful job with color and mine was not an easy job. It lasted much longer than what I was told to expect and somehow even as it wore off my brows looked much better than before. I have recently gone back to re-do brows and this time I added lips and lash line. I was surprised at how comfortable and simple the lips procedure was and I now at 59 have a natural looking color to my lips, it takes a little longer to do but makes big difference if your face needs color, Lash line very natural as well. Kasia knows what she's doing way past anyone else and she will inform you and keep you comfortable. I tell women all the time not to go anywhere else for microblading or lip stain, they are not all professionally trained or good with the art of it the way that Kasia is! Thanks, BBB One last brag on Dallash, I finally tried the Eminence products recently, they're so affordable I figured they wouldn't be as effective as my ridiculously expensive serums and creams but they seem to be better, my skin looks so much more fresh and I have not had the time for facials this past year. I had seen Kasia's work and knew I needed to see her. I had microblading done at a different place. It was time not only to have it redone but to do a bit of color correction and I wanted more shading also. I have also been wanting to have my lash line done with PMU to have just a tiny bit of liner so it didn't look obvious but if I had to run out without makeup all I had to do is put a little lipstick on. It's subtle but it helped make my eye pop without having to put liner on myself. I can't wait to put full makeup on so I can go out and look great with the " Perfect Brows" that I don't have to touch. She did such an amazing job. Her place was so clean and she makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything as she's doing it. It was painless. Not even uncomfortable and I am not even swollen the next day and don't even feel any discomfort. I can't wait for the healing time to be over because the next thing I want to do from her is a lash lift. Then if I should decide down the line for additional thickness to my liner I will definitely go back to her. I think she's stuck with me for life now. Her work is so incredibly good that I also want to get my lips done with PMU. Haha. First let me say I found this studio on Yelp and was amazed by all the positive reviews! Now I was very excited to finally find somewhere to perfect my brows because places are always a hit or miss in Dallas. I am going out of town in a few days and I was able to book my appointment online which was super easy. To my surprise I show up on Saturday at my time and find out I scheduled it for the NEXT Saturday!!!! I texted Dallash and Kasia was so nice to reschedule me for Sunday even though she didn't work. So right off the back the place was already great. I got the ultimate lamination and let me say this service did NOT disappoint!!! She was so attentive and detailed and walked me through every step. I felt at ease and confident that my eyebrows were going to come and amazing and sure enough she actually EXCEEDED my expectations. My brows look so great and full and just perfect. I will DEFINITELY come back again. I even already booked my friend for her brows tomorrow! I have tried 3+ services at this location. The first was being a lash lift model and I fell in love with the outcome! I could not believe these were my lashes. Over the last 2 years I've gotten my lash lifts done every 3 months. Having a lash lift saves me time in the morning from having to get ready. I no longer have to apply mascara and even if I do it's just one coat. I've also tried their facials and brow laminations. I love eminence products and the custom facials allow me to try new products to help whatever skin problems I am having at the moment. I was very new to brow laminations and the stylist helped me create a new shape and color which also saved me time in the morning and I saw my brows in a completely different way! I had an appointment at Dallash yesterday and my experience was so wonderful, I had to share. I first had a lash lift with Kelly. She was so thorough, taking the time to make sure each lash was just where it needed to be to give me the best curl possible. She explained the entire process and took the time to answer any questions I had along the way. Next, I had a brow lamination, wax and tint with Sofia. I explained my preferences (I'm very particular about my brows) and Sofia more than delivered with full, natural looking brows that popped. For years, I was a huge eyelash extension wearer with a desire to break away from them due to cost and lash damage. I'm so glad I switched to Dallash' lash lift with Cher. After getting them lifted a few times with Kelly (who's awesome!), I wanted to let my natural lashes come back in before getting another lift done. When I heard Kelly was moving away (tears!), I decided to try a custom lash lift with Raven. Y'all...she's also amazing!! She's super friendly, and takes the time to explain things to you. I go there mostly for lashes, but have also taken advantage of the facials (all Eminence products, which are great) and spray tans offered at the spa. The results are always fabulous. I love this place! My eye doctor actually recommended it. I have worn lash extensions for about 6 years, but I always developed infections (I wear contacts, as well). However, this place is a very health-oriented, clean place. They take their time and thoroughly clean your lashes before reapplying, rather than just trying to squeeze as many clients in in a day as possible, to make more money. They are all good, but Tina is my favorite!! I switched from another reputable Uptown salon to Dallash. Their knowledge of the lash lift and tint procedure is by far superior! Raven is an amazing aesthetician - my short, straight lashes are perfectly curled and tinted every time. My results last for at least 6 weeks. I also love that they use Elleebana products - my lashes are conditioned and healthy via the "Works" treatment. Kasia, the owner, did my lashes, and not only did she do an amazing job, but took the time to teach me proper lash care and cleaning, so my lashes will stay healthy. I don't usually get facials, because I don't like people touching my face, but I got one given to me as a gift for my Birthday. I was very surprised of how much I absolutely enjoyed it. The shop was very professional and clean. The products were unique and lovely. They each had a shelf life so they don't contain harmful preservatives. That's very important to me, my appearance is my work so my face is everything. I left feeling fresh and tingly in a Major good way. I highly recommend this place to anyone! read more

The service here is always exceptional! Kasia and Tiffany are so talented and are very well educated on the services they offer. The place is very clean and always pleasant smelling. Every time I've come in for services, I've fallen asleep because it was so relaxing. All 3 times I've gotten a lash lift and brow lamination and I've been happy with my results 100% of the time. Today I received eye brow lamination from Sophia, also did an exceptional job. I would recommend this place to anyone really. read more

I have been going to Kasia at Dallash for a year for eyelashes and eyebrows, and she really is the best. Not only do my lashes and brows always look great but also Kasia is the ultimate professional. The studio is clean and beautiful, Kasia is always on time, and Kasia accommodates my constantly changing schedule. Everyone at Dallash is very knowledgeable about lashes and brows and friendly. I have been coming to Dallash regularly since august of last year. I see Raven for eyelash lifts/perms and it has been an incredible, relaxing experience each time I have come. She is so incredibly talented and makes my eye lashes so perfectly lifted and curled. I am of Asian descent, and have eye lashes that slant downwards with no curve to them...no amount of mascara would keep them up. After multiple lifts, my eye lashes honestly look better and healthier. I hope she never leaves! read more

I was looking into getting certified to offer the Ellebana Lash Lift to my clients & found DALLASH!! It's conveniently located in the Oak Lawn area with plenty of options for places to stay if you're not from the area, as well as, places to shop & eat during your lunch break!!
