Kasia explained every step that she was doing and why without being prompted, which I really appreciated; she also made sure I understood my lash growth/curl pattern and what to expect from the service. She had very steady hands and was adept in wrangling my stubborn lashes. I am so happy with the results, as I've gotten a lash lift in the past and my lashes were much too curled. Kasia was aware of this and took the time to alter the lash lift process to ensure my lashes came out how I wanted. I have searched far and wide in Dallas for "natural" looking lashes. This is it. Quality lashes that last. They are sweet here and have really Good customer service. Just respect your appointment window and you'll be great. Their cancellation policy is not very forgiving. But they will work with you to get you what is right for you and won't give you something looking fake /crooked that will leave you're eyelashes falling out like every other place in Dallas. Excellent service and results. I'm excited to have found this place as a new resident of Dallas. Got the basic eyelash tint and my lashes look fantastic. No mascara needed. I'm about two weeks out and they still are dark and looking long. Will be returning when the time comes and the tint has faded but so far it is lasting. Additionally I had to drive up from Austin on the day of my appointment and got caught in traffic and Felicity was very kind and accommodating about the entire thing and allowed me to take a slightly later appointment that hadn't been filled yet. Thank you for the explanation. I understand the importance of communication. I think it was my fault for booking online and not calling to ask questions about additional services and pricing first. I realize I came in with a lot to work with and do love the results of my brow henna and lash lift. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I felt very welcomed and at-ease upon arrival. This was my first experience with brow henna and lash lift and all in all, the technician did a good job with my brows and lashes (which can be tricky and are scarred due to injury). However, I was given a lash lift with the "Works" (including lash boost and tint) which I did NOT initially book when I reserved my appointment online, because I already have very dark, healthy lashes and just wanted the lift. I am not sure why it was put in as me wanting the Works. But, it would have been too awkward and uncomfortable to dispute price issues with the technician during the process. Basically it was not service I wanted in the first place nor wanted to pay for. I also received a brow cleanup which was rushed and I was very unhappy with, and ended up having to tweeze my own at home in several spots that were missed during the wax. For a two hour drive and nearly $300 total spent, this was disappointing to me. The technician was so nice and very knowledgeable, so I am hoping my experience was just a one-time mishap. read more

I am so so so happy with my eyebrows. (microblading/combo brows) Kasia is a brow artist. What I really appreciate about her (besides her amazing skill obviously) is that her approach is very conservative. You don't need to fear that she's going to take your eyebrows and make them something scary. Which is comforting since we are essentially talking a semi-permanent tattoo on your face here! She will really listen to what you want, knows what she's doing, and then does a touch up appointment after the initial healing of your brows to perfect them and make any changes. This was my first time getting henna on my brows, and Kasia explained the whole process to me during my appointment. She asked me questions in the beginning to gauge what I was looking for, and I really like the results. I have sparse, lights brows, so the henna really made a difference. Their Russian volume lashes are so gorgeous and really stand out from traditional lash extensions. BEWARE.....I went in Nov 2016 for lashes, next day I got an infection went back in to show manager and tech that did the job. They washed out my eyes with solution and told me to take antihistamine, told me the lashes did not need to be removed. I woke up the next morning with eyes swollen shut and puss seeping down my face. My lash line on both eyes had several little puss pockets. I called, went back in and told them to get them off straight away. They removed the lashes and then refused to refund my 300 plus dollars. I, of course, convinced the manager that was not the direction to take with me and she finally conceded to refund. I immediately went to my eye dr who told me I had an infection AND pink eye due to tainted product and instruments. It took dr 5 months to clear my eyes. Everyday different drops. Horrible. Avoid this place, it's dangerous. read more
