I was very disappointed in the service here. Our waitress, Jeddie was slow, not attentive at all. She didn't even offer us a glass of water while we wait for her and I could see, that's what she does. "I'll be right with you." And then leaves for a good 10 minutes. Moreover when we asked he lr to wrap our pizza up, she brought us a box!!! I don't know if this is the way in the US but considering the prices, them packaging would have been the least! Service was amazing! Food was amazing! My steak was so moist and cooked perfectly it was falling apart in my mouth. My companions dishes were perfect and everything came out in a timely manner. Our server was wonderful, make sure you sit in the section with the gal with the dark hair with bleached ends I can't remember her name but she was on point the whole time. Great burger right before our antelope canyon tour- I would go there again if I was in Page

My boyfriend and I had just got done touring Antelope Canyon (in 105 degrees) so we were hungry and ready for some good food. Unfortunately we waited 20-30 minutes for our food, when people who arrived after us got their food before us. Our waitress was fine but she did mention is was her first day & im pretty she forgot about our food because when we finally got our food it was cold and she tried to tell us that they served their deep fried fish cold??? The chicken on the Santa Fe salad was cold and hard (very hard to chew). The manager was apologetic and did give us 25% off our bill but the experience sucked because we were looking forward to a great meal after our hike. read more

Our experience here was all right. The food was tasty, and the staff was very friendly. The hostess seemed confused while we were waiting to get seated; another couple had arrived before us, yet we got called before they did, so we had to help her sort it out. It took us longer than promised to be seated, and once we were at our table, it took our server a long time just to take our order for drinks. We went here for dinner in hopes they would be the one place in Page that would have the Big10 network. They did not. We got over it pretty quickly and ordered drinks and dinner. Staff members were friendly and accommodating in the bar area where we sat. The Prickly Pear margarita was pretty good. Beer selection was decent. Our server brought a small loaf of bread with butter ahead of the meal. It was VERY tasty. Light and fluffy bread with a hint of garlic butter on the crust. For our meal, we ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza to share. It was huge. I would say it could easily feed 3 hungry people. The pizza was average at best (hence the 3 star rating). And it wasn't even that busy! We came with a group including children and waited 60 minutes for our food. By then the kids had burned out and make a wreck of the table. I had the Cobb salad. It came in a small taco shell bowl and was sweet, really. The salad was the worst cob I've had with tiny chunks of chicken and two very large chunks of bleu cheese I didn't expect in my mouth. They lost me at their service and sealed the deal with the poor quality of food. read more

That was my first time and I think that I choose very well. It was a vegetarian Pizza and was plenty of vegetables.

The steak here was very good, med rare melts in your mouth. On the expensive side, portions we're average size. The waitress and the service was great. I had fried cod, fish and chips. It was not bad, should have had steak. read more

And we thanked her multiple times knowing she is busy, and no response. Just plain rude. I don't understand. I agree with the other 2 reviewers, the food is good quality, and the service is like the good people of page itself, friendly and always accommodating to the tourists. Once the general population has left for the evening, and the music starts going the party animals, local and tourists alike, start to get down and dirty on the dance floor, making for one heck of a time! We came here for dinner as we were referred by the front desk hotel where we stayed in before our tour to Antelope canyon on the next day . At first, we were pleased with the service of the check in host . She was very nice and seat my family a table for dinner in a short 15 minutes wait . But then the service went down from there . Our server seems nice at beginning but then we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to have our food arrived as my little boy was so hungry . I asked our server to bring out for us anything that came first for my little boy. She said she would bring out a loaf of bread and butter but she seems forgot about us while she was busy to serve other tables instead of us . So then I had to stop one of the host and asked her to get some thing for my boy again as he started crying of hunger . Then when a front desk girl was passing by and I asked her for help . She was nice enough by going back to the kitchen and quickly to bring out the bread and butter and some crackers for us . Guess what , the bread was so dry and hard. I think it is a old bread at least 2 days old . Imagine we were all so hunger after waiting for almost an hour to have our food arrived to our table . My husband steak was a joke . There were only two little tiny pieces of " steak" well done cook instead of medium as requested. It was $20 of piece of little steaks . My husband still hungry after his meal . My Cobb salad was mediocre. It looks like the salad that you could get from a fast food restaurant but I had to pay $13 for it instead of $7-8 My boys meals was okay . The whole experience was totally disappointed. My other families in our group were not happy with their food either . The price was expensive compared to the quality food they serve. Our server was very slow and inattentive to our need , but I still gave her a tip even she did not deserved it . I just felt bad for her at the end . Warning! We came here after our Antelope Canyon trip. Upon until this point, we had such a great experience in Flag Staff and Page, Arizona. Nice people and culture. HOWEVER, this experience with Dam Bar & Grill was by far the worst. We stood at the restaurant for more than 10 mins. This Asian hostess apparently didn't want to do her job. She was rude to my gf and point her to a sign in motion without speaking to sit at the bar. We actually asked for a table outside. The thing is the restaurant weren't that busy. She then told us to sit anywhere we want to so we went to the patio but was told by the waiter to come back to the front counter to check in. We followed the instructions by going back to the front counter. The Asian hostess let us wait for more than 10 minutes and came back with her bad attitude and despicable facial expressions when she sees us waiting again. She then AGAIN without speaking and point to the sign of sitting at the bar if you want. A couple in line behind us saw her unprofessional and rude attitude and left without asking to be seated. She was rude and does not possess the ability to host through our conversation with her. I told her if she does not want work she should go find a new job. She is the worst person to represent Page, Arizona. If I was the owner of the restaurant I would fire this person on site for turning down customers. read more

We came here for lunch and the food was terrible. The burger was so dry it was disgusting to eat. Their fries were completely soggy, not a chip as it's referred to on the menu. The panini was also really soft it wilted and didn't have a crunch. The fries were just warm long cut potato pieces. It didn't matter that neither one of us ate less than 1/2 or order. There are limited choices in Page so decided to give this a try despite mixed reviews. While service was quite good and friendly, food was definitely lacking. The menu is quite varied but with an emphasis on steak, so that is what we ordered. Terrible. My tenderloin medallions were rare, not medium rare, which they corrected, but the real problem is that they were dry and tough and and pretty tasteless. My husband's steak also. Not a drop of steak juice on the plate. Neither of us ate it. Other tables seemed to stick with burgers, pizza, etc., probably better choices despite the predominance of steak on the menu. read more

When she brought the water, my husband thanked her. She rolled her eyes and walked away. The female bartender served the table next to us and walked by twice giving us direct eye contact. Where to start? It took 15 mins for our server to ask us what we want to drink. 15 mins later we received our drinks and placed our food order. It was not busy. Food was very-average. I could have prepared it better... I don't cook. To top it off, our bill was incorrect. The menu said our beers were $4.50 and they charged us $6.50. For 2 beers we asked that they take off $4. I'm worked as a server for few years, I know 4 bucks on a $60 bill is no big deal, especially when it's the restaurant's fault. Take it off. Don't make the customers spend another 20 minutes to stay and explain their issue (which is clearly the restaurants fault) to multiple servers/bar tenders. Not a lovely experience. We most certainly don't recommend it. Ironically while waiting so long to be greeted by our server, we were reading reviews on other restaurant options to go to. If you're currently sitting at your table in this restaurant trying to decide to stay or not, don't stay. Go somewhere else. :) read more

Slow or non-existent service, but good food. Our waitress was almost a no show. Five minutes after we were seated, a family of four was seated next to us. Our waitress went to their table, took their drinks order and walked away without looking at us. Five minutes later a young hostess brought us water and took our drink order. Then she took our food order and a young man delivered the food. Only when she came to pick up plates and ask about dessert did we FINALLY meet our waitress. Five minutes later she brought the bill. I got up and delivered my credit card to her because I knew she'd be forever coming back. She was the most inefficient waitress I've ever seen. THE FOOD - was good. This establishment is very poorly ran. It took well over an hour for my party and I to receive our food, and the staff didn't check on us at any point through our meal (so we never got water refills). We NEVER got the mustard we requested, NEVER got salt and pepper, and had to remind the staff to bring us silverware AFTER they brought it out. To make the matter even worse they messed up 2 of our orders. The "skinny dip" which is mentioned to come with cheese came without (and remind you we couldn't ask for some because nobody checked on us). Those same orders were meant to come with baked potatoes which they made the executive decision to change the side to french fries exclaiming they were "out of baked potatoes" BEFORE BRINGING BAKED POTATOES! Overall I was very disappointed in this visit and wouldn't recommend this restaurant to even Hitler (unless he likes waiting 2 hours to pull out his own water bottle to drink). read more

They have happy hour, though I'm not sure about the exact times. The service was great and the prickly pear margarita was delicious! We went there for Thanksgiving. Normally, specials and the likes are posted or the hostess tells you what's going on but neither happened. The message board only stated "Happy Thanksgiving" and the hostess simply seated us. We could see there was a buffet but it wasn't until the waitress came to take our orders did we find out that was our only option - even then I had to specifically ask if that was our only option. .... a $26 per person option.... plus drinks. Add tax and tip onto that amount and imagine the bill for our entire family. The turkey was ok, not bad but nothing to brag about. There was some sort of shepherd's pie/pizza thing we shared and could only take one bite of. The prime rib was yummy and the best thing to choose from by far. (I wish I would've grabbed some of it instead of going with the turkey - I sampled some of my wife's once I was almost full.) The salad bar was ok - no cheese or tasty toppings - wide variety of bland choices. That may be a good thing if you're counting calories so that's not entirely bad. Sides weren't anything to brag about but there was a fair number to choose from; most of which we didn't touch. The sweet potatoes/yams were about right on sweetness (my family was split on too sweet or not sweet enough). Mashed potatoes were ok. The gravy had good flavor but was too salty - and I like salt. read more

The selection of different foods was very good and all of our dishes were prepared perfectly and were delicious! The serving staff was wonderful and very attentive. The atmosphere was fun and jovial.
