Waitress apologized for the wait and said the kitchen was backed up, but we overheard that our order wasn't put in by the bartender. No apologies, nothing from him at all. The food was good but took a long time to get. Portions were either overpriced or too small. For Mother's Day you'd think there might be a little extra effort. I think this place is better in the off season. I had the special Lobster salad. Seemed to be about the size of a dinner salad. Came in for the special they advertised on their board only to be told they ran out. It's 6:00 on a Saturday night. Only 3 tables with guests while every other place in town is packed. Now I know why. Overpriced and terribly slow service. Great job of managing. read more

We went here based on recommendations. Unfortunately, the quality fell far short of the marketing view. The soup was served barely lukewarm--not particularly good for broccoli cheese soup, which . The chicken wings were also served lukewarm and tastes, in a word, disgusting. The chicken pot pie was hot and good, and I was actually able to find about a half dozen small pieces of chicken in it among the vegetables. It was about $7 of food for $14, though... After being quickly seates by the hostess, service was slow at best the rest of the time. We complained about the qings, which we couldn't even eat because they were disgusting, and the manager was arrogant and thought we were lying to get them free (really, we would not eat them if they were free and we were hungry). He would not refund the cost.of the inedible food, but gave us 10% off the bill (about half of the cost of the gross wings). read more

I'm updating my review from a couple years back. They have made a come back over the years. I would now recommend this to everyone for a good choice to dine out with friends or family. Sat at the bar Friday early evening...thought we could have a couple of drinks and then eat something... it all went south... the Bar was rocking both girls were flying around... I never got that hometown feel like I usually do... I never got the feeling we were welcome... thanks to the manager stepping up to cover for the bar maid =otherwise we wouldn't have got our second round.. BTW she makes great Martini! Not sure why we got bad service. I could go on about how she rolled her eyes at me when I asked if there was corn in the soup(I have Diverticulitis)... the meal arrived cold and they replaced it... My friends and I here stopped here on our way to the Grand Canyon from Zion National Park because it was just about the only thing open in the whole town. They had a good variety of dishes as well as reasonable prices- I really liked the chicken pot pie and I know my friends were fans of the different sandwiches they ordered. I'm sorry but this place was a DAM shame the French fries were just horrible they were old and stale and I asked for a medium well stake and it was very red in the menu it clearly states "light brown" when it was not very well done I came with my family we ordered the nachos and after 20 minutes they came with half fast food the cheese was just crap and the nachos were very stale for a family vacation I recommend you do not stop here. read more

Had two meals here while vacationing in the area. The service was friendly and timely. My husband had the chicken pot pie which was quite good. I wouldn't recommend the fish tacos, the fish was a bit bland. Second visit we split the jimbalya(?) and that had a bit of a kick. Pretty tasty. Beer selection is good. read more

I stopped by a quick bite before heading out to Antelope Canyon. I was running late, and ordered fish tacos to go. I paid for them. It was taking too long, and I had to leave without them. When I returned after my trip to Canyon, which btw was awesome, they gave me a hot order of fish tacos. They were spectacular. If you come to Page, you have to go to the Dam Bar and get a beer. The whole place is decked out with a fake dam and a boat in the restaurant. The atmosphere is awesome, the food is great. Just a little pricey but who cares when you are on vacation. read more

Had to try this place out, if for no other reason, the name. Also, not a lot to choose from in Page. Stopped in for lunch after a tour of Lower Antelope Canyon on a Friday around noon. Fairly busy, but not crowded. The place is spacious. Seat yourself set up, so we found a booth for our party of 6 in the bar area. I liked the ambiance. Kind of like a sports bar, but definitely a dam theme. Service is slow, but friendly, and we weren' t in a hurry. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The fish tacos very good as was the quesadilla. The dam fries were particularly tasty. Cut thin with some cajun seasoning to spice them up. Had a couple decent beers on tap. One was called Damber, which actually turned out to be an IPA and was excellent. I believe it was a Lumberyard brew. Overall a nice place to eat, if you aren't in a hurry. read more

My daughter had the Cobb salad which was served in a taco shell. She thought the dressing that came with it was a little too spicy. Our steaks were good. Our service was not very good. The wait person seemed overwhelmed. I received my soup with my meal and the other person who brought it over just plunked it down in on an empty space on the table. One third of the tomatoes on my plate were unripe. Spent a couple nights in Page on a road trip through Arizona and tried Dam Bar & Grille for dinner Tuesday night. I'm surprised by the mediocre rating because we had a great experience! We sat at the bar and ordered the boomer burger and chicken sandwich "skoony" style, both with fries. Also tried a local Four Peaks beer called Kilt Lifter. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Very friendly bartenders and quick service. Highly recommend! read more

Food: ordered usual burger for me and salad for my wife. The order took over 45 minutes to be served. Burger was over done and the salad was less than average. Both disappointing. Service: nice greeting, open seating. Server ok. She realized the length of time it took for food to be delivered. Work with the mgr to try and compensate for the delay. $7 discount was an insult. Also missed the refills and just seemed to drag out our meal... Overall.. food less than average, service was trying but could seem to get it together. Won't be coming back here. We arrived for lunch on Friday, and took a seat in the bar. The restaurant was NOT that busy - there were only three other patrons in the bar area. The bartender saw us - made eye contact - but did not greet us. It took a full ten minutes before she even brought us menus. It took another fifteen minutes for her to bring us drinks, and she didn't even offer to take our order at that time. Another ten minutes or so later, she came back to get our orders. It was another twenty minutes before our food arrived. The food was pretty good, thankfully, but our bartender never returned to refill our drinks or ask how our meal was. And again -- the bar was NOT busy. I'm not sure what she was doing. My husband had to walk up to the bar and ask for the check, and only then did she ask how our meal was.
