No stars should be it, A lot of hidden things buying used cars especially from this lot. When I read about the person stated they got a lemon vehicle... yeah I honestly had doubts. But to witness my eyes about safety concerns and conditions about a vehicle we almost purchased is crazy. Yeah CARFAX definitely not updated about some vehicles he has on lot. Saw a car online and drove down to check it out. Dealer told us we were required to have $2000 worth of warranties added to the vehicle in order to get approval for a loan - the lender later confirmed that was not true and we were able to cancel the unwanted warranties but it was a hassle. Additionally the check engine light came on pretty quickly after purchasing the car (within 100 miles) and it needs a new catalytic converter. It's possible that it just went out right away but more likely that the dealer knew, cleared the light and did not disclose. The air conditioning also crapped out immediately leading me to believe that the dealer may have just emptied a can of Freon in there to sell the car. I wouldn't say that I don't recommend, but do your own research and don't believe anything you can't verify. read more

I made an appointment to see and test drive a vehicle. I was there on time, but nobody would come out to assist us. Rang their bell twice, waited, called and left another message, and nobody responded. That was yesterday and still no response. It was a huge waste of my time. I called to inquire about a vehicle and because I was not calling from my personal phone I dialed private and the guy that picked up said "Hello" I was confused as I thought I had dialed the wrong number so I asked "Where am I calling?" and the guy says "you're the one calling me" so I asked "is this a dealership?" and he says "yes" still confused about the situation I said " and this is how you answer?" he then says "you're the one calling me private" and I said "it doesn't matter, you are the run running a business" How many businesses doesn't get private/anonymous calls?! I wanted to wait a couple of months before reviewing to make sure the SUV we purchased was a good buy! We went here to purchase a Ford Explorer we had seen online. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a small inconsistency regarding seating. The SUV was advertised as 3rd row seating, we soon realized that this was an optional package in the Explorer and not something pre-installed. We mentioned to Mike that we needed the third row seating and he was very helpful, even offering to have his mechanic search for the third row and install it for us. I would give him zero stars if I could. This guy is a snake. He told me he had just put brand new tires on the car but two days later they all needed to be replaced as one blue on the freeway. When he finally arrived, he did not greet us nor did he apologize for making us wait for an APPOINTMENT. He even answers the phone with "Hello sir!" before even speaking to anyone. Well the car dealer changed his mind the day after he said he would take the car back. In a meeting with him he was condescending and blamed everyone else for what happened. I went in October explained to Mike situation. He assured me he can get my kids and I into a reliable car. I test drove the car did all the paper work and had my dad come down to look over everything and assure we weren't getting scammed. My dad than asked about warranty's being that we were buying from a smaller dealership not too sure what could go wrong Mike assured us the AUL warranty is AMAZING!!! he basically told us that the warranty covers bumper to bumper so of course we jumped on this I put $4000.00 down, signed all paperwork and left. NOT EVEN 1 MONTH later the car breaks down on me. I take it into VW like Mike advised to if anything was wrong. VW gave me 2 pages of issues with the car. I said ok no problem my warranty should cover this! LONG story short the so called GREAT warranty Mike sold me was nothing to what he said.... It actually ONLY covered if my engine blew!!!! I was sooooo angry I called Mike to see what was going on and he begins yelling at me saying he DID NOT sale me a lemon. He convinced me that HIS mechanic could get the part needed at a "discounted rate" and he will "hook me up" with the labor. Having no other options I pay his mechanic $800.00 to fix the issues. I drop the car off he so calls fixes it and I'm on my way. WELLLLLL guess what the car is broke down AGAIN!!!!! I had another Mechanic look at it and he explained to me the mechanic I had change the intake manifold DID NOT change this part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY BOTH PLAYED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now stuck I owe 5400.00 still on this car Put down $4000.00.... I will be reporting him and his dealership EVERYWHER!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!! He does not care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't even want to leave 1 star. Mike the car salesman is a racist! I came all the way from Oakland to look at a vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He was already apprehensive over the phone with me while I was on the phone with him trying to schedule an appointment to test drive the car. Then when I arrived for my appointment it was a waste of my time and drive. He did not want to let me hold the key to the car. He tried to unlock the door from inside the office and close the office door. He didn't even want to let me start the car. When it was time for me to give him my license and proof of insurance, I let him know how uncomfortable he had made me feel. I have never been made feel so uncomfortable from another person of color. They apparently don't care about making a sale. Terrible attitudes and terrible service. He said that other people have taken off on him and I don't know why he would judge me when i pulled up in my own 2016 Audi A6 S line in mint condition. I came to look at an older year car to use as a commuter, loading SUV. I will never come back here! I will never recommend this place. Horrible horrible horrible!
