Bought a car, car has been good. However they register the vehicle either personally or mail, however they never sent my registration sticker, I asked Mark for the sticker and although he agreed to send, I never received and after following up he never responded, envelope received show absolutely no signs of being opened, I think they kept it for themselves, now I have it go to dmv and pay $25 to get a new one. That is stealing and for that reason they are getting 2 stars. Just be careful when you get a vehicle and ensure the provide you the sticker. Otherwise be ready to pay and make a trip to dmv. Steer clear of this place. Bought a car for my 16 year old son and before we purchased it, Mark told us they had the fuel pump replaced. Two months after we purchased, my son got stranded and the car wouldn't start. Took it to 2 mechanics who both said there was an issue with the fuel pump. They tighted the bolts that had been installed incorrectly by a previous mechanic. We asked Mark for the paperwork and he supplied all paperwork except the fuel pump work. The car started working again for a short while, and again 3 months later, my son was again stranded. Again, we asked Mark for the fuel pump paperwork. Finally got it from him. The dealership concluded the fuel pump was not working and needed to be replaced. We have paid over $2,000 in diagnostics and repairs and I have asked Mark to cover a portion of the cost and he has now stopped responding to me. Not honest. This place is hiding something here and doesn't care about their customer's safety. read more

The process to purchase was simple enough. I paid cash, just under $10,000 for a vehicle that I test drove. This review is from the time of the first test drive to the actual purchase, so the experience is a span of three weeks. I can say, especially if you have cash to purchase a car with, I would recommend going to a dealership. You're not going to find very good communication or any real caring and follow up for vehicles they sell. I left 1 star for the simple contract write up process and handing over of the cashier's check, but that's about all the customer service you're going to get. I left the second star because he agreed to fix a small rattle sound in the back of the car after the purchase. The rattle came back after a month and a half and when I attempted to contact to see if there's a warranty on the work that he had done to fix it, no answer. But, lack of communication seems to be a common factor and the entire process. In general, Mark seems nice, but I recommend an actual dealership where they put a little more focus on their brand and reputation/customer service. read more

I saw a post on Craigslist about a Toyota Prius for sale and decided to call the contact person listed which is Mark. I spoke to Mark on the phone, and since it's a used car I wanted to ask him a few simple questions that weren't answered on the ad. After the 2nd question, he started giving me a very bad attitude and giving me a condescending tone of voice. He then proceeded to hang up on me, and when I called back he did the same thing again. At first Mark seemed great. Very honest and up-front about everything. That was very much appreciated. However, he increasingly became hesitant dealing with a trade-in (despite their ads saying they're fine) and even tried claiming he would be out of pocket about twice the amount of the actual transaction, which wasn't true. He also failed to provide the Carfax (which he boasted "should be framed" it was so good). To top it all off, he didn't even have the dignity to call and tell me he sold the car out from under me to somebody else. I only found out after calling him. The guy working here is 5 star quality, I believe he may be the owner too but I'm not sure. Really personable and friendly and helpful. He knew cars and at least the car I went for was priced according to what people are willing to pay. At first my car was listed for $1000 more and then on a Craigslist ad the price was dropped to that perfect price. I almost subtracted one star because like most small dealerships there was no history to the car and small cosmetic things were not reconditioned as is usually done with dealers. But no big deal. The price will be perhaps $500 or $1000 more than private party but you get the option to buy a return policy - which cant be done in a private party transaction. I thought that I had received a reasonable deal on an 06 F350. 10 months in and I have done nothing but work on this truck. First thing that I found out is, there is no way a safety check was performed. Within a month the rear brakes went bad. Usually I would say " no big deal, easy fix", however the caliper was completely worn down (IE not working/ frozen for some time/ worn to the bone/ piston frozen). So, new caliper in the rear. I replaced it and thought, 'it was no big deal". Since then, nothing but problem solving. Oil leaks everywhere, IPR went out twice (so far), bad compression in cylinders, trans gasket fix on the side of the road (while pulling a rented trailer) for camping with my boys and father in law, exhaust pipes loosened off the truck and skirted down the road a couple miles, until I arrived at O'rielly's, where I could buy parts. This is a short list! Now my mechanic says the engine is worn out. I would not have sold this truck to my worst enemy! There were cosmetic flaws in the truck I could see when I bought it, but were disguised (no big deal, it's a work truck). I figured it looked good from afar, but fairly good up close. I am sure it is hard to know exactly what you are selling a customer in this business, however in my business (general contractor) I am held to account for years on end. I just wish people would take some pride in themselves and their work nowadays. This truck was obviously a buy from an auction and a flip. These guys are a flip shop! That's it! read more
