He's the one who recommended I consider getting a new car, and I'm so glad I trusted him. On the sales side, Anthony Rodarte and James Herren made everything incredibly easy. Anthony went above and beyond. He handled every detail, kept me informed, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I never felt pressured, only respected. He was honest, thorough, and provided outstanding customer service. They didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock, and Anthony personally went out of his way to pick it up for me, which really shows his dedication. Todd Suender in finance was also fantastic! Super organized, thorough, and made sure I understood everything clearly. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was an accommodating and genuinely enjoyable experience.     WARNING: DO NOT BUY HERE…read more I bought a new car (2024 honda prologue) last year. when I bought the car, it had some paint missing on the bumper, where the headlights are. I told the technician at Tracy Honda and they gave me a paint pen to touch it up. At ~7k miles, the paint got worse and started to chip away more. I contacted American Honda to get it fixed because the paint on the bumper was coming off and I could see the rubber seal of the headlights sticking out, they connected me with Walnut Creek Honda. When I got the car back from WC Honda, it came with the headlight still put on wrong. I mentioned it to the technician, that the headlight rubber was still visible and they told me that it was normal. I also mentioned to the technician that the back lights look like they are on wrong due to the empty space on one of the headlights, he said it was normal. A weeks later as I was washing my car I noticed that the light on the back of the driver side started to shake, but when I went in the daytime, it didn't shake. I went back to WC Honda and told them about the front & back headlight to the technician & he basically told me that it was not his problem. I called American Honda again, and they told me that I have to find a dealership that will accept the warranty and fix the car. I also saw that the dealership charged me 6k dollars more on the lease papers than stated by word. Very Shady Dealership

A week or so later the check engine light came on. I reached out to him and asked if there was anything wrong with the car to please reach out to talk. I called him and left a voicemail/ texted him on his direct line and no response. I took it in to have the car seen today at the Mercedes Benz in Walnut Creek and come to find out theres a lot of things wrong with the vehicle. Please think twice before getting a car at this sketchy business.

In May, the Engine light and ABS light came on so we took it in for an oil change service and was told it needed $3,000 in repairs. The Intake Manifold Flap and the Sway Bar Links were broken along with an engine oil leak and the Crankcase vent valve was also leaking oil. We contacted Skylar the owner of Golden State Auto and left ten plus messages that were ignored and NEVER returned. Very Unprofessional. I believe they owe us some type of compensation. We called AUL and were told that these repairs were not covered by the warranty. Just so you know, It is okay to cancel the warranty at any time but it will be prorated after 60 days. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE, and always ask for a Carfax report!
