The company explained that I was being billed not only for the actual towing time, but also for the driver's travel time to reach me and for his return trip afterward. According to them, the driver needed nearly four hours of billable travel time for a route between Discovery Bay and Concord. This was never clearly explained before the tow began. I felt misled by the pricing and would not have agreed to the service had I known the true cost in advance. Make sure you get the total price in writing before accepting any service from this company. I would not recommend them.

I told the technician at Tracy Honda and they gave me a paint pen to touch it up. At ~7k miles, the paint got worse and started to chip away more. I contacted American Honda to get it fixed because the paint on the bumper was coming off and I could see the rubber seal of the headlights sticking out, they connected me with Walnut Creek Honda. When I got the car back from WC Honda, it came with the headlight still put on wrong. I mentioned it to the technician, that the headlight rubber was still visible and they told me that it was normal. I also mentioned to the technician that the back lights look like they are on wrong due to the empty space on one of the headlights, he said it was normal. A weeks later as I was washing my car I noticed that the light on the back of the driver side started to shake, but when I went in the daytime, it didn't shake. I went back to WC Honda and told them about the front & back headlight to the technician & he basically told me that it was not his problem. I called American Honda again, and they told me that I have to find a dealership that will accept the warranty and fix the car. I made it clear that I lived a few towns over and it would take me about 45 minutes to an hour to get there. He acknowledged this and told me to come on by. I texted the same person I had spoken with, and he replied saying he was trying to get in touch with the people who were supposed to be working. He eventually told me they had an emergency and wouldn't be back until 5:30 PM -- keep in mind, we spoke around 2:45 PM. No one contacted me to cancel or reschedule. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will not be waiting around, and I definitely will not be coming back. We called AUL and were told that these repairs were not covered by the warranty. Just so you know, It is okay to cancel the warranty at any time but it will be prorated after 60 days. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE, and always ask for a Carfax report!
