The create vitello tonnato was a standout dish, with tender veal and a deliciously tangy sauce. The surprising ray with cabbage was a revelation - who knew that cabbage could be so tasty! And the Simmental steak à la chimichurra was cooked to perfection, with a delicious herb sauce that complemented the meat perfectly.
But the real star of the show was the pear poached in macha, mounted on rice pudding and caramel cream. This dessert was a work of art, with the sweet pear perfectly balanced by the creamy rice pudding and rich caramel sauce. It was a taste sensation that we'll be dreaming about for weeks to come.
