They purchased sometime in 2022 so you can tell by the reviews the place has changed. They do great work and place is clean. Loved everyone there! So friendly. Great services. Got a Pedi deluxe and full set. Prices are very reasonably. They also have great massage chairs to enjoy during your Pedi. I'm so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews on here. Going back today for a fill and maybe another pedi, if I have time. My nails have lasted 3wks 2days and still going strong. I had not gone here in many years and recently went and staff is great and attentive. The nail techs are great. My nails come out amazing each time. They can get busy Friday and Saturdays but always try to accommodate everyone. Keep in mind, you can also make appointments as well. read more

I enjoyed my visit, I requested gel polish and also asked the nail tech how long it would last on natural nails. The nail tech said it lasts 2 weeks. I will update this review after exactly 2 weeks. During the process a nail drill was used to file down my nails and even cuticle; for this reason I would not go back to this nail salon. read more

I walked into this nail salon on a whim, only because it was on my way home, and I won't be back. I was looking for a relaxing and easy time while getting my nails and eyebrows done, and my experience was far from that. Everything started out just fine. I picked my color, got in the chair, and my technician started on my feet. I was a bit concerned that all my technician did was trim my toenails without really doing much else to them after removing my previous nail polish. Additionally, she really didn't exfoliate my feet or do a few other creature comforts that I'm used to when getting my toes done. Given that my polish has lasted almost a month or so, I want to let the above go, but given what else was going on during my visit, it just compounds everything. I believe it was one of the owners, possibly, had her 3 to 4 year old in the salon with her. Now, I've been an Aunt and around kids from an early age, but this child did nothing but scream and cry at the top of her lungs for the entire time that I was in the salon. This wasn't just a little whining or crying. This was ear-piercing shrieking. Additionally, the kid kept jumping on and/or climbing into her mother's lap while her mother was giving another lady a pedicure. I have no idea how that customer did not just up and walk out. To make matters worse, I had my Kindle out to do some reading, as I usually do when getting my toes done, and her mother redirected her over to me by saying "look she has a tablet just like yours." I don't understand how that was an appropriate thing to say to your child on top of having her come over to me thinking that I was going to hand her my tablet. I would have walked out had this situation started a bit earlier. By the time that it hit a crescendo, I was already so far into my pedicure that I didn't feel right walking out on my technician. Towards the end of my visit, her mother said something about the child not taking a nap that day as an excuse for her behavior. Sorry, that's just not going to cut it. There's not much that I do that's solely for myself, but getting my eyebrows and toes done is one of the very few things that I do. When I go to a salon to receive those services, I expect to not walk out with a headache due to a screaming child that I had to listen to for 45 minutes. I'm as empathetic as they come, but even I have my limits. I understand that your child might be having a bad day (or more than that according to other reviews), so maybe next time, do everyone a favor and take her home. read more

I've been here a few times and yes I've done a incredible shitty job every time I had hoped they would change but they never did I ask for a specific design she said she could do it she started on them and she already start messing up as soon as I said I can just choose something else everyone looked at me like I was yelling which I was not I was actually being calm and I was just saying if you can't do it I'll do something else which is fine with me she continue to do it and it looks so bad and she charge me so much money for it when I could've went somewhere else and got charged less, Unfortunately I don't live in Miami anymore or they do a whole lot more in a hell of a better job and charge way less... BUYER BEWARE. Besides taking way too long for a nail polish change (which I understand because they're very short staffed), which they didn't even do that well, they added $5 to my total after the fact, thinking I wouldn't notice but I check my banking statement! The polish change was $25, and I tipped $10 in cash (since it says "tips in cash are greatly appreciated" all over the salon). The amount just cleared now and they changed the amount and charged me $30, although the receipt I signed said $25! read more

Went in on Sunday around 5:30pm. I called ahead and they said it was open till 7pm. The place was super empty. Not sure if it's always like that, but they were one of the few nail salons open on a Sunday. It was very hard for them to understand us & they had to ask us about 10 times whether my mom and I wanted gel. I got acrylic nails + gel, with a pedicure & gel. My mom got a regular set with gel, & a pedicure with gel. Total came out to $142 for both sets. I'm not sure if that's too expensive or about right, since we don't go to nail salons often. That day, the AC also broke, but they offered us water. As far as service, it was alright. The older woman was nice but there was a man who did my nails that seemed like he just wanted to be off already. I probably would not go again. read more

I've been in 4 times in the past 2 months. Twice as a walk in and twice with an appointment. Wait time for walk in was not overly long and they apologized for the length of the wait when they got to me. With an appointment, I was seated right away. Acrylic nails with gel polish last about 3 weeks for me. Prices are reasonable. I ususally spend about $85 for full set and pedicure. Shop is clean. I've been reading the reviews and wondering where are all these people getting 1 star treatment? The workers can come off rude or short tempered, but in many cases English is their second language (have a little compassion here for the immigrant). I've tried most of the nail salons on Roosevelt (from San Juan to NAS). So far I like this one because it's not overly crowded (your wait time for walk in is pretty much what they tell you), great selection of colors, the end product is done well, they do nail art, and they're friendly. read more

Terrible waste of time and money. I stopped here after shopping at target for a manicure and pedicure. They turned out to be among the worst I've ever had. It had been a few weeks since I'd had either done so my nails were in pretty rough shape going in, but the technician left lots of dead skin around my toes and wasn't going to trim any on my fingers/cuticles either until I asked he to do so. She still barely touched them even after I specifically asked. The nail polish was peeling off within a few hours and it didn't even cover my nails completely. That's just not right. I have to stop going places that are convenient and only go to those I know are good. Not recommended. read more

What a great salon. The manicures and pedicures are excellent. Waxing and skin care also are offered, using the excellent Nu Skin line of products. This is a clean, well managed facility with a competent and friendly staff. I discovered it two years ago when I stopped in for gel nails. It was the best work I had ever had. I now go for all of the services and will never go elsewhere. When my daughter visits from Baltimore, a visit to this salon is at the top of her list. read more
