They over saturated our goose down arhaus couch that remained wet for DAYS and smelled like a farm because all the down was soaked. They brought out industrial sized fans a few days later that we had to run for several days hoping the material didn't mold inside the casings. We took out as many cushions as we could to help them dry. After talking to arhaus they stated the cleaning code on the label indicated to NOT use water like the company did.

I was about to settle on a home and needed a mold inspection in the next 2 days. I called him and he said he would do it in that time frame. I gave him the current home owners contact info and notified the current owner he would be there be there within the next 2 days. He took my credit card number and charged my credit card. Then he contacted the home owner and canceled and rescheduled after my settlement date, so I moved the settlement date ahead 3 days to allow him to perform the inspection. He was a NO SHOW at that appointment and did not call. At settlement I had to have my lawyer write in a special clause to allow for a post settlement mold inspection. I called Joe Dohar and let him know how dissatisfied I was and that I wanted the inspection done within the next 4 days. He agreed to do it. My father was now living in the house and I gave him the new contact info and notified Joe Dohar I was going to be out of town but that I expected him to make good on his new commitment. Joe called my father and scheduled an inspection date a week later than he and I had agreed to. On the day the inspection was supposed to take place, Joe Dohar called and cancelled and said he would not be able to perform the inspection at all and he would refund my money. I'm not sure why he had such trouble honoring his commitments, but he made (3) appointments and did not honor any of them. I recommend not doing business with him. He doesn't seem to be able to manage his schedule properly (and doesn't seem to care much about his customers either).
