Stopped in here one day recently and found the needs that this little store fulfills are great…read more Lots of good stuff from alkaline and filtered water on tap as well as water jugs, including some big glass carboys, I believe at least 3 gallons for a price similar to Amazon. Very good stuff. The best part about this place for me is the two coin operated spouts outside. You can get water any time of day or night so long as you've got 40 cents. Though I will warn you that the right dispenser has a real problem with coins jamming. I lost 60 cents in there so far. I would use the left one for safe measure, though the water comes out less smoothly and takes a bit longer. I've used the water dispensers out front now for a few weeks and the water here is super consistent. I always check my water and this water always measures 3 TDS, which is excellent quality. My tap water reads between 168-200 usually. Anything technically "purified" should read 5 and under. Previously I was getting my water from Whole Foods and that water often reads 8 TDS. Don't get me wrong, that's still fantastic but this humble little water store is the clear winner in filtration. Overall I give this place a 4/5. It's not glamorous or making a big fuss, but its product is the real deal and a total must if you're looking to get some true filtered water.

I'd been a customer of Alhambra Water before for more than 15 years, with great customer service,…read moreand never had any issues or anything. But when Primo Brands Water took over Alhambra, everything turned upside down. During the period that Primo Brands took over Alhambra which was around March-April 2025, there were problems with their website that would not work like not recognizing my account that caused me couldn't pay my bill on time. I called customer service, they answered and said they wouldn't recognize my account from my phone number either. So, I had to wait for a period of time until a couple months later their website was working after the Primo Brands could complete updating all Alhambra's customers' account information. After their website worked I think around sometime in April 2025, I found that they charged me late fee of $10 on 04/30/2025 and another late fee of $20 on 05/02/2025 for the period when I couldn't pay my bill because their site wasn't working for almost 2 months for Alhambra's customers. Later, I tried to call Primo Brands for the issue, I was on hold for more than an hour and no one talked or helped me. So, I ended up paying my bill with the late fees they charged. I didn't want water from them anymore. So, I ordered to skip the delivery, but once I forgot to skip it, they delivered 6 bottles of water to me. This time I forgot to pay the bill because I didn't mean to order them. So, they charged me a late fee for $20 a month for two months. It's fine, and I paid for it since I forgot. However, they shouldn't charge the total of $30 late fees for 04/30/2025 and 05/02/2025 when their website wasn't working and no one could be reached over the phone. Moreover, after I paid everything for whatever balance on 10/04/2025 on their site, later I found out I have a new balance for next month of $1.17 for credit card fee after I paid all balance. No notice ever for credit card fee. This is unreasonable! I just need my $30 back, dispute the $1.17 credit card fee, and cancel my membership!
