On a whim I got my kids an above ground pool for the hot summer days we are having in Northern Sonoma County. I called on a Friday to see how soon they could fill it because my kids where going crazy watching the hose fill it ( extremely slowly) the lady who answered the phone ( I believe her name was Judy) was very nice and understanding to my situation. She had a driver out to us within a few hours. The driver (Jake? Josh?) was very professional and respectful of our property and garden area. Delivered many times to our address, then when we really needed water urgently they suddenly cancelled the appointment at the last minute saying their driver 'didnt like' our narrow driveway. (!!??) Great response time and terrific service from this local company. I had a water starvation issue to my 8000 gallon water tank in St. Helena. I called several companies, most were too busy to return the call or my house was out of service range. One company was kind enough to refer me to Leras. I am glad that they did. Family operated my the McClintock family, their son in law was super friendly, knowledgeable, gave me lots of great advice while were refilling the tank and topping of the pool. And all at a very reasonable price. In a day where honesty and good ethics are in short supply, I was orginally quoted $350 per load due to distance from their Healdsburg location and the route of the driver. When the realized while on site is was much closer than originally quoted, they reduced the cost down to $300. Who does that but honorable, decent people. Despite possible confusion from having a business name similar to another water delivery company, LERAS POTABLE WATER TRUCKS on ALexander Valley Road in Healdsburg is the one we have relied on for more years than I can remember to bring us good, clean water to use in our house and yard. A simple phone call to the friendly owners is all it takes to get a quick delivery, every time....and they do it in a rush if there is an emergency or if somebody makes a mistake and forgets to check the water level in the tank once in a great while. It is so assuring to know that LERAS POTABLE WATER TRUCKS are ready and waiting to bring us the water we need to be able to live in a rural neighborhood where earthquakes have ruined a few wells.
