Our tour guide Charlie did an excellent job covering the unique history of Fort Worth as we walked the main blocks of Sundance Square. He was a great story teller and very engaging. We felt sad to see what an impact COVID has had on the city - there are very few people out (on a Monday morning, anyway... it was hopping last Sat night!) plaza is no longer a place for gathering. The fountains are shut off, many restaurants have closed, and multiple museums have not reopened (not even the visitor center!). I wouldn't have been surprised to see a tumbleweed rolling down main street. From the tour we learned of many ups and downs Fort Worth has experienced over the years, and we hope this situation is no different. I'm ready to see Fort Worth's revival! You never want your bus to be late! My office is in Dallas & we're typically using the buses to get to the stadiums in Arlington. The drivers always take the tolls to ensure we're on time & will assist with purchasing the correct parking passes for the stadiums. The drivers are always super friendly & let us play our music over the speakers. Can't complain - great customer service, punctual, and affordable! The buses are always on the lower end of the quotes I get. Don't bother looking anywhere else - book Cowtown Charters!

We had specified that our passengers were Seniors and some had mobility issues. He was rude in advising that he didn't have a lift bus. He was unhelpful and uncooperative. I did not pay for the trip but every person on this bus is a potential customer and not one would call again if Ron Coleman is the driver. I have traveled with Paul's VIPP once before with my 84-year-old mother, and we are heading out…read moreagain in a few weeks. The Pauls get great prices for their VIPP cruises and tours. More importantly, they take great care of their groups. The groups are comprised of middle-aged and elderly travelers, and the Pauls feature the right mix of easy and adventurous activities for their groups. Mother and I went on a cruise through the Panama Canal a few years ago with the group. They helped me watch out for Mother, and I got to climb the Dunn River Falls, ride a camel, zip-line through a mahogany forest and much more. A lot of tour groups will do this kind of thing, but here's the difference. In Jamaica, we made an unscheduled stop to buy rum. I had no money with me. Tom Paul pulled out his wallet, handed me a $20 and said, "You can pay me back later." This little thing impressed me so much, that he would do that for a complete stranger. We've got a British Isles cruise coming up in a few weeks and Mother and I are really looking forward to it! September 2015 I thought I would update my review now that we've returned from our British Isles Cruise. The large Princess ship was not great. The food was adequate (no more), the lines long, and the service moderate. The Pauls were incredible. We had a few days in London ahead of boarding, and the Pauls, as usual, took great care of the group. Everything was well-planned and well-executed. Once aboard ship, the Pauls took care to make sure everyone in their group was included in all the planned activities. I cannot recommend the Pauls highly enough for their kindness, attention to detail, and ease of travel.
