Multiple times Kirk has come out himself to help fix things in our old home and even issues that other maintenance people have caused. Recently our HOA had done work on the sprinklers outside of our unite. The next day, our water pressure was off the charts and reading wayyyyy too high. I called Kirk and he helped me for 3 hours on the phone at 8am on a Saturday until he was confident he knew what the issue was. Then didn't install the toilet properly so there was a slow leak behind it and it grew a mushroom behind the toilet in one week! Called the office to inform them and told them the $320 was ridiculous to fix nothing, the same guy came out to fix his mistake and acted like he did us a favor by doing that for free. Additionally on his first visit I asked for an estimate to replace a toilet in a different room his quote was $635.
