When I arrived, I was told that oil changes are only performed in between servicing other vehicles, so there was no guarantee of when my car would be worked on. There was also no waiting area and no shuttle or courtesy ride available. As a result, I had to leave without getting the service and wasted my morning. If appointments for oil changes aren't truly scheduled, that should be communicated before customers arrive. Time is valuable, and I would have appreciated accurate expectations so I could have made other arrangements.
