Aside from her being accommodating, she was responsive, professional, friendly and had an awesome attitude! If I would become worried and anxious about something, she remained positive and reassured me that she'd be able to accomplish the style I wanted. Christine was really prompt responding to me when I first reached out to her and quickly worked with me to write up a contract with all the services I needed. My MOH was also concerned about how she'd react to the makeup because of her sensitive skin but Christine didn't hesitate to tack on an extra make up trial for my MOH when I requested it. She mentioned it was the first time anyone had requested a trial for a bridesmaid/MOH, but she and her team member Cherie completed the hair and makeup trial with the same level of professionalism they did for my bridal trial. She was also super responsive to my MOH regarding hair recommendations and tried a few different styles for my MOH at the trial to find a style my MOH would like for the wedding. Christine and Cherie showed up incredibly early at my house to get my bridal party and me for my big day. I'm so incredibly grateful that Team Bridal Beauty was working with me on my wedding because I had so much confidence in their work and it gave me one less thing to worry about for the wedding. My sisters and I have incredibly thick hair, but Christine did our hair so fast and also gave us tips on how to touch up our hair throughout the day in case our hair lost their curls/wave. She even offered to come back and redo our hair although I turned it down because I knew I was going to be very tired during the few breaks I did have throughout the day. She very generously offered a can of hairspray instead and also showed my bridesmaid how to put on my veil. I didn't have any particular styles in mind, but Michelle was able to help me devise one by evaluating my dress/hair. The makeup lasted the WHOLE night (up until 3AM, when I got home), while I remember some other girls who had their makeup done in other places weren't so lucky--their makeup had smudged off before midnight. Michelle was quick, efficient and very precise. She's a big fan of "natural makeup" -- basically enhancing one's features rather than doing an obviously caked-on makeover. She was also so sweet & funny and made me feel completely comfortable, which was pretty important to me since I don't wear makeup on a daily basis and didn't want to look like a complete stranger. Michelle was also incredibly flexible, and "layered on" the makeup gradually and let me check periodically how dramatic I wanted the look to be. (Second red flag) Throughout getting my hair foiled, the other artist wasn't doing it correctly and heard Kelly telling her that in Vietnamese. Which both of them did not know I can understand it. I asked for a balayage and literally my whole head is blonde. The gray she slapped on only lasted three washes which was ridiculous and she charged me $400 for my hair. Her service has gone downhill, including her talent. I will never ever return - waste of money.
