First lash fill of 2025, and once again, Teresa at CC Cosmetics delivers perfection. I've said it before, but it bears repeating--she's amazing at what she does. As a self-admitted perfectionist, I know I can be picky, but Teresa always takes her time, listens carefully to my concerns, and ensures I leave happy every single time. Oh, and if you didn't know--she also does incredible ombré eyebrows! For someone like me who doesn't wear makeup but wants to look like I've put in the effort, semi-permanent makeup for lashes and brows is the perfect solution. Plus, it feels great to support a talented local business that truly cares about its clients. I was in need of a mani and pedi but was very short on time. I called this spot for an appointment based on a yelp search -- the reviews looked promising so I was excited for the experience. First of all, I wasn't seen until 20 minutes after my appointment time and while many of us would agree there is a shortage of service workers across all industries -- there were several technicians just hanging by the back chit chatting. That tells me these guys don't honor and respect the time of clients that have busy schedules. By the time I was walked over for my pedicure, the set up time kept getting interrupted because the staff kept chitter chatting. Fast forward, the pedicure and manicure were standard and nothing spectacular but was way overpriced for what it was. My nail polish was chipped within 48 hours of the manicure (mind y'all, I opted for the usual shellac manicure) -- so that tells me the nail polish was either watered down with another chemical mixture or of poor quality. If the salon will charge higher prices ($100 for mani and pedi) then at least send your clients out with quality polish that will last beyond 48 hours. Waste of my time and my money. P.S. the overall vibe of the salon and the million questions from the host was just overwhelming. All I wanted was a shellac manicure and pedicure of good quality -- don't think that's too much to ask for. read more

The second appointment with Mimi was super fast as well. (She is a Junior Artist.) It was supposed to take 1.25 hours, but I was out in less than an hour. Emily and Teresa are Senior Artists and did a great job with my Hybrid fills. After trying a full classic set, 75% volume set, and 90%-100% hybrid sets, I think the Hybrid set is my fav. Would give them 5 stars, but there is always a weirdness when it comes to paying with a credit card. Other than my first appointment, any time I say I want to pay with a CC, I get a little resistance. I managed to stand my ground the 2nd and 3rd appointment, but this last one, I was asked if I had venmo instead. When I said again, I'd rather use my CC, they said the CC machine was down. Or I guess their internet was down? Regardless, I ended up paying in cash and using almost all the cash I had on me. I wish they had mentioned before the appointment they could not process any CC payments. I would have prepared better. I adore the lashes I get here, I just don't love the resistance to CC payments. If you plan on paying with a credit card, I'd suggest confirming before the appointment they can process a CC payment. read more

This was my first time getting a lash lift, and unfortunately, it ended up being more traumatizing than pampering. Pros: * Emily, the senior lash technician, had a gentle touch. She made me feel relaxed enough to fall asleep during the procedure. * Lily, my pedicure technician, was an absolute gem -- kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. She made that part of the visit truly pleasant. Cons: * Emily, while gentle, didn't speak or understand much English. Communication was almost impossible, and to make things worse, her hands smelled strongly of raw garlic. No mask, no gloves -- not exactly hygienic. * The environment was extremely unprofessional. Other technicians kept entering the room during my lash lift and chatted very loudly in Chinese, laughing and talking over each other with zero regard for the fact that a client was being serviced. It felt chaotic and disrespectful. * Kim, who did my eyebrow waxing, was outright rude. Right after my lash lift, she hurriedly asked me to move to her station, saying she had other clients waiting. She rushed the waxing process so badly that I ended up with immediate redness and bumps -- something I've never experienced before, even after years of regular waxing. * I requested aloe for my irritated skin, and she claimed she had already applied it -- but when I insisted, she dabbed some on carelessly, clearly just to shut me up. Overall, the poor hygiene standards, loud atmosphere, and lack of professionalism ruined what should've been a relaxing self-care day. If not for Lily's care and Emily's gentle technique (albeit with caveats), I'd have rated this even lower. read more

I spoke nicely to a guy. I don't know if he's the owner or not about my nails one week and they started breaking apart. My daughter wanted, medium size and the lady decided for her and gave her the size that she wanted the guy was very rude to my daughter who was only 13 years old they're overpriced. Please don't go here. Your nails will break apart in less than 3 to 5 days. They're really rude. The service was very professional, Cathy was very polite and helpfully with my first appointment on my eyebrows. The environment was clean, they did have some remodeling in another section but nothing to major to interrupt my appointment. I was told to trust the process and on my touch up. I can decided to go dark and or to have changes made (obviously nothing to drastic of changes), but when first done my skin was a little red and irritated. Can I give more than 5 stars?!? Where do I begin... I've been wanting to get my brows done for awhile now and I've been doing a lot of research on the process, healing, etc. Everyone is getting licensed to be a microblader so it was hard to find someone trustworthy and genuine. I found CC on Instagram and after doing some thinking, I decided to take the risk and get my brows done! I know it's a bit pricey but honestly it was the best decision ever and so worth it!! I got the ombré powder brows, which is a lot softer look than microblading. The whole process probably only took 3 hours. Around 1 hour to draw your brows and then 2 hours for the actual shading. Cathy was very patient and made me feel comfortable. She put numbing gel on my brows so I barely felt anything. Even after the numbing gel wore off, I didn't feel any pain that was intolerable. She gave me some ointment for a couple days right after and some Vaseline as well. The healing process went very smoothly. It looked soft and natural by day 10! I will be going in to get my touchup next week just to make sure it lasts longer and doesn't fade as fast. But I'm so happy that I went to Cathy and trusted her with my brows! Now I don't have to worry about doing my brows ever again!! read more

Obviously the place looks really nice. It was really clean especially considering I went late on a Saturday! I got a refill, the lady was super quick, did a great job and checked regularly if I'm happy without all the usual small talk which I'm not a huge fan of. She managed to get a really good coverage a pretty sheet nail color. She was really diligent in her placement and asked in the end if there were anything I wanted to change or add. I went on 2 week trip to Thailand/Vietnam and through the humidity/water from the beach, my lashes lasted through my whole trip! What really surprised me was how comprehensive the course was. Cathy takes a lot of care into explaining the techniques employed in lashing and relating it to everyday concepts you can digest. She'll give you the what's to know about the industry, what works for her, and what can work for you. She'll also give you the heads up on the pitfalls of the lashing industry and how to avoid them. I felt very comfortable with her overlooking my work and providing the much needed support. Lashing is a difficult skillset and takes tremendous practice, but Cathy definitely gives you the tools, guidance, and support needed to succeed. I even told her I dreaded that process so much. I also opted to add the anti aging high frequency. I know I had a great experience when I saw the results for myself.
