When you first get here, it's located on the street so there is no designated parking for you car. You have to park on the street. The ladies are very welcoming and nice. What got me disappointed was I came with a broken nail and the rest of my nails only needed a fill. As Kelly was removing it, she used a nail acrylic and went around the edges of my broken nail and YANKED IT REALLY HARD. IT EVEN STARTED TO BLEED AND ALL SHE SAID WAS SORRY. That was my first warning. At that point I didnt want to get my nails done anymore but my graduation was in 2 days so I just brushed it off. The removal process for my other nails were ok. I chose to do dip powder for my dark blue nails. When Kelly was doing my nails, Im pretty sure she rushed because customers were coming in and wanting to get their nails done. On top of that, she dipped the brush with a lot of powder when usually its supposed to be a little at a time. My nails came out at an uneven color. In addition, usally dip powder nails are $35. Tell me why my nails came out to be $45? (I tipped $5 totalling $50). Did they charge me for the length or something because I was never told that but it was partly my fault too since I didn't ask. But where did the price come from? The cost for the shape? Well certainly the shape doesn't look like the skinny coffin I wanted. Tiffany patiently went over the photos and discussed the pros and cons to help me pick one. Then she picked the color that matched my dress the most. We decided to go with builder gel nails. Tiffany was professional, patient, and detail-attentive. She spent time drawing every single small flowers for me and fixed what I did not like. The results turned out to be amazing. It was elegant and cute at the same time. And the quality of the nails are beyond expectations. I am not the gentle type, and I have to do house chores. But none of the nails has broken so far. Not even a scratch. The surface is still glossy. I have a pit bull puppy who keeps on munching on my fingers, but the nails didn't have a scratch (of course I didn't purposely let the dog chew on it for a long time). The cost isn't low, of course. If this is how the owner treats paying customers and families, that says everything you need to know about this business. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
