I normally pay around that amount for a full wash, blowout, and styling, so this felt extremely overpriced and disappointing. For $480, I expected a higher standard of work and customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Masaki.

I was really unhappy with my hair that I went to get a hair treatment (for the dry, damaged hair) and toner at a different salon a week later. That stylist even asked "who did your hair?"
