However, there were a few downsides to the service. First, the beautician did not speak English and had a hard time communicating. At some point, I felt she got frustrated and did not speak much afterwards. It was really awkward after that. Second, I wanted my face to feel clean but after my service, my face still felt like it was not clean and I was able to rub dead skin off still... the facial did not do much for my skin at all. Third, pricing is a bit steep and although the product is nice, I feel like the service was not worth the price itself. What I would definitely recommend if you decide to do the acne treatment would be: YOU HAVE TO TRUST HER. On my first appointment, just right after the treatment, my face was irritated and I was about to lose my hope because I didn´t see any improvement on that first appointment, but she explained to me that on the first sessions you won´t see any results because if you want a REAL change it doesn´t happen overnight and have to be very patient. She looked at me and said that I should just trust her. So, I choose to do so and she was right. Do not get demotivated if you don´t see changes on the first sessions, I swear it´s worth it. Tiffany´s job is deep so it takes longer but is REAL. FOLLOW EVERYTHING SHE SAYS: small habit changes, like changing your shampoo, showering at night, change your pillow sheets often and of course use the products she gives really make the difference. So if you are already paying and committing to do the treatment, those small things are actually a big part of the process. BE POSITIVE DURING THE SESSIONS: I know they are not relaxing and actually they can be painful, but honestly what helped me was just to think of how beautiful my skin was going to look after this intense treatment, and that mindset helped to tolerate those sessions. It´s not a facial where you go to chill and relax, is quite intense sometimes but is really really worth it. If you want a real change, it has to cost you something. No deep change happens overnight or without any effort, If you give Tiffany a try, really commit to it and your skin will change in an amazing way. Dana is the only person i trust when it comes to facial treatment and skin related issue. In June of 2017, i started breaking out all over my face. I tried products from drug stores, supplements treating acne, to laser treatments-- but nothing worked. It did not get any better until I found Dana through Yelp. She recommended me to get series of treatments: 10 acne facials, 10 silk peels, and 10 blue lights. You can purchase her treatment individually or as series, which is a lot cheaper because you will end up buying more anyway. Her price is very reasonable as well. I started to see a result right after my first treatment, and my skin is cleared up significantly at my 5th treatment. Dana is also very caring and sweet. She actually spend time on your skin and even stay pass her operating hour if she has to. I am getting my 8th treatment this week, and i cannot wait because i know that my skin will get better every time i see her. Also, she never pushes you to buy her products or services. If you have skin problem (especially acne), please do not wait. I waited one whole month trying numerous over the counter medications but nothing worked for me. Now my skin condition has gotten a lot better, smoother, more healthy, and i only get occasionally break out when its around that time of the month. Her place is also very clean and everything is sanitized :) My overall experience with Dana is 10/10. I strongly recommend her when it comes to facial treatment. Today I had the aging peel facial, it was amazing. I've had about 6 of them so far. It's one of my favorites. It makes my skin feel tight and helps my pigmentation.
