I signed myself and a coworker up for Kazi Blooms Valentine Soap n Soak making class. The second I walked in, it was so welcoming. It was a class of 12 and everything was set up so beautifully and organized. The class was the perfect length 1 hour and 30 minutes. This was the first of their 2026 classes. The host not only facilitated and amazing and fun class but she ensured that we were all relaxed. We started with introductions and some breathing exercises, which we repeated at the end. I am looking forward to another class. Id go back for my nail care but I I don't live near by, almost an hour. I have bought their products online, exceptional communication. I have never had a bad experience at this place. I started going here regularly a couple of years ago after I contracted an infection from one of the local "get them in and out as fast as you can " nail salons. This is not a place to go if you're in a hurry because they take their time and are meticulous about getting your nails exactly how you want them but best of all they are clean and sanitary and the nail technicians are really nice. Amazing service and manicure!! I had a gelx extension appointment and Jaime and Serena helped make my experience great. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they gave great recommendations of how we can achieve the cat eye pink manicure look. Other nail salons usually rush through manicures when possible but I really appreciated how the manicurists here take their time to clean, shape and paint. They even offered water and frequently checked in to make sure the process didn't hurt my cuticles. Would definitely come back again and love that they use clean ingredients! I came in for a gel manicure and left with something that wasn't even close to it. There were dips and spaces where the brush skipped and the tips weren't don't anywhere close to what I wanted. I called and left messages on their voicemail 3 times within a week and got no response at all what so ever. Not to mention that the poor excuse of a gel manicure started chipping a week later. Ugh. She took care to make sure we were comfortable and is absolutely masterful at extractions. Quick, efficient and relatively painless! The staff here is also amazing - they check in to make sure you have enough water / refreshments and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The spa is also very clean. Facial room, nail stations and foot stations are scrubbed down and sanities after each client. They make sure to save time for a thorough cleaning. We were also serviced right on time. The place was modern, clean and super cute! It was very relaxing and quiet; just missing a massage chair. We were attended to quickly. It was a nice change to have silence instead of the conversations in a different language between the manicurist; wondering what they're saying about you. My manicurist offered me nail colors for my pedicure but failed to mention that the gel colors for my manicure were different and wouldn't match. There were some issues with the work done but management and the owner handled it well. The customer service was much better than expected which made it up for it. This nail salon is wonderful! I made my first appointment to get regular polish pedicures for my sister and myself on Tuesday and the whole experience was great. It's a beautifully decorated and very inviting space as soon as you walk in. I felt very relaxed and comfortable in the chairs and my nail technician, Jaimie, was just amazing. Receptionist is so nice, really sets a pleasant tone for the whole business. I have had 3 pedicures there, always with a different technician and generally pleasant but the setup for pedicures is not great. Maybe if you have better core strength than I do, you won't mind the fact that the bowls are fixed into a raised platform but the chairs you sit in (regular upholstered arm chairs) are not. My chair kept wanting to slide back during the pedicure and so I was constantly having to use my core to keep them steady. More tiring than relaxing. Every time I go, I think, I'm not going to go through that again, and then a few months pass and I forget. read more

Strangest and worst facial I've ever had. I should have left when I entered the place and realized this is just another nail salon. The girl was very nice, but that's where the nice ended. They have 2 options for a facial. I booked the 1 hour and 10 min facial for $68. I had an 11am appointment, but they were not open until 11am (despite the posted hours on their door of 10am-5pm!). The girl didn't even come into the room to start the facial until 11:10am. There were 2 times during the facial when she sat doing nothing, leaving me to wonder what in the world she was doing. The first time was for about 6 minutes; the second time was for 20 minutes. (I timed the second incident, just for the sake of curiosity.) I had no product on my face during these "down" times, so it wasn't that she was waiting for something to set or anything like that. At one point, she snuck out of the room for a few minutes to get facial rollers. When she started using them on my face, it was like she was putting ice cubes directly on my skin. It was so horrible I had to ask her to stop. The facial ended at 11:54am. So, I paid for an hour and 10 minute facial but received only 18 minutes of actual service. Just the weirdest experience I've ever had disguised as a "facial". Moral of the story: DO NOT go to a nail salon for a facial! read more

I and my daughter began coming to Kazi Blooms since they're grand opening and we haven't been anywhere since! The drive from Los Angeles to Diamond Bar is well worth it! The services are top tier and the owner and workers are even better. The facials by Kamryn are relaxing, educational and full of benefits. The manicures, pedicures and Gel-x services by ALL of the ladies are just as nice (I've had them all). There is never any double booking or waiting for services. No crowding and the ambience is extremely calming. After services, I enjoy perusing the homemade soaps, body butters and oils, candles and an array of other goodies for purchase.
