Only got facial which was pretty good but poor communication since the esthetician didn't speak much English Also left mask on my face about 15 min never told me what was happening. The worse part is after they take you to an office and try to upsell you into purchasing $900 worth of massages or treatments.‍ I told her no several times until finally I got up and told her firmly I will pass on it. The staff are all very very nice. The results are not as good as expected or promised. I purchased a package of six treatments, laser hair removal for the Brazilian bikini lines. Each time I came in the nurses were all very nice and did a very thorough job in the zapping all the hair down there. The rooms were very clean, so where the beds. My only complaint is that the laser doesn't seem to be very strong, and after six treatments, there was some hair reduction, but the results were not optimal. I got a Groupon for the Hydration facial and I am so glad that I did. I called and made an appointment. I was able to get an appointment right away. When I walked in, the lady checked me in and showed me to my room. Then my esthetician came in and washed and cleaned my face. She was very careful with my eyelash extensions and nose ring, which I was worried about. She steamed my face for a little bit. She then used a tool to suction and extract my face. She then proceeded to use the hydration facial machine which felt a little bit of suction and water together. After she did that, she massaged my face some more with some kind of product and then put a face mask on for a couple of minutes. After the face masks she moisturized my face and gave me a head massage. My face feels rejuvenated and hydrated. Update a day after. My only con is that during my visit the esthetician did extract a cyst half way and now there's a little bit of scarring. I wish she gave me directions on how to care for it after. read more

Sweet and super friendly staff. Phone call is always a pleasant experience. Only tried their laser hair removal service and they have the best machines with a cooling effect, somehow making the process little to no discomfort, unlike other places I've been to before. It can help to still take a pain medicine and go for the higher intensity levels to make the results more effective. I've been told that if it's too weak it just won't be as effective and you would need to spend more time and money later on. I'm overall very happy with the results though I wish I had done higher intensity in some of the past sessions. Hope this is helpful! For laser hair removal, I recommend only this place to friends! My experience so far has been great. I first tried through a Groupon for an IPL. It was a low grade IPL didn't see results really. I upgraded for the medical grade package and had another IPL treatment a month later and this time I noticed a slight difference. The staff is professional and kind and they had a lot of great specials , however I wish they would consult a little more in detail on the treatment , the results and expectation. I've been getting lash extensions for almost two years now and switched to Deluxe Beaute only three months ago. The first time, my lashes looked amazing, full, and lasted a decent amount of time. The lash tech did a great job of making sure the lashes on the inner corner were shorter and the ones on the end were longer for a natural look. The second and third time were super disappointing. It seemed like the lash tech used the same length everywhere making it look unnatural. Not much volume and the lashes also fell of very quickly. It's been 4 weeks and every single lash fell off. Either their glue sucks or they're just not being very thorough in attaching the extensions. Also noticed that they don't put in much effort to attach the extension close to the base of my eyelash, and instead settle to attach them at the middle point of my lash. Finally, while the lashes are nice and curly the first day, they straighten out the moment you shower. read more
