I would like to know if anyone needs any Wasp Spray or HotSpot Flying Insect Spray Control. You can call Me for a short term 1 or 2 day relief or you can call Dancan Pest Control to make it permanent. I have lived in my Hurst home for over 32 years but have not found any Company that brought insect control to a STOP! Sure any Company will come back to reapply but with Dancan, they have changed my life. They did come back but not because I was still having the problem but because they take pride in their service. I think Wasps love my home. Big ones, little ones mean, nice and warriors that will attack. I may have seen 2 or 3 total, since Dancan serviced the first time months ago. In the past, whenever the temp reached 70 or above they were at every door, window and 5-6 in the house when I got home from work and that is not happening now. First time since I bought my home in 1988. Of course being from California I had never known what a waterbug (roach) was. I can imagine the first time you saw one (unless you grew up here) your reaction! When I saw one I really knew then what they meant that things are bigger in Texas! I have not seen one except deceased since Dancan started service. Their TEAM is outstanding from the admins to service techs. I can not recommend them higher! What a delight it is to do business with this company. I contracted their service for my home in August. Although I was under contract with another company, I was not 100% pleased. I am not sure how excited one is allowed to get regarding their pest control company but I am at the top of that scale. DANCAN offered me a wide selection of options and treatments, I made my selection and have not been disappointed. They schedule treatments at times that are mutually convenient, they are professional in that they remind you of dates and times by e-mail, text, or phone calls. (If you are lucky, you may get a call from Taylor, she is awesome at her job.) Technicians arrive promptly, discuss with you what they are going to do, advise of any hazards or issues to be concerned with for children and/or pets, and provided an estimated time to complete the treatment. The technician was respectful of my home, was CDC COVID-19 compliant during the visit. I chose a plan that treats both indoor and outdoor pest issues and have had to reschedule the indoor treatment appointment which was easily accommodated. Additionally, DANCAN offers a portal access that you can use from your phone or computer to maintain your account. It really doesn't get any easier for the homeowner. Billing is easy, reasonably priced, and streamlined. You know the fee before treatment, charges are made when treatment is completed and invoices are e-mailed timely for your convenience. I am deeply frustrated with my recent experience with Dancan Pest Control. After their treatment, I discovered that my daughter's pillows and my dog's bed had been over-sprayed with pesticide. When I called to address this, the lady on the phone told me that the pesticides wouldn't cause any harm. However, when the manager arrived, he contradicted her by saying that the pesticide would burn if it touched my skin. I found that hard to believe since I had walked around barefoot without feeling any burning sensation. Unfortunately, after attempting to smell the pillows, I now have a cooling sensation in my eye, which is concerning. I even urged them to come to my home to smell the pillows and dog bed, but by the time they arrived, the smell had dissipated. While the service technician was apologetic and seemed to care about the situation, the manager's demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful. He offered to replace the pillows but appeared uninterested in my concerns. It's troubling to think that I might need to get tested for pesticide exposure, especially since I was assured that it was non-toxic. Dancan Pest Control used to provide excellent service five years ago, but their recent lack of care and customer service has been shocking. I will never use their services again and strongly advise others to be cautious. read more

DANCAN was recommended to me by a neighbor when I asked about exterminator services during an HOA meeting at the beginning of September. I reached out to DANCAN the very next day and scheduled a service visit. Scheduling the service was very simple and quick, and the quote I was given was very affordable! Chase, the service technician, was on time and the most professional. It was obvious to me that he was very knowledgeable and was helpful from the get-go. After the service visit, the results were virtually instantaneous! The difference was like night and day; Within the first 24 hours, it was obvious that everything Chase did during the service visit was highly effective. I have to say I have never worked with a company like DanCan! They are very professional, friendly and always on time. Rebecca Davis, their office expert is so sweet and always calls me to verify that I was pleased with the service. They even call me 30 minutes before they arrive so I can put my dogs up. Their prices are great....and sometimes Dan, himself, will come out to inspect our house. They even give, at no charge, critter checks once per year! They will go up in your attic and inspect to ensure no rats/squirrels, etc. are eating your wiring or building nests. They do a full inspection of the outside of your home to ensure that no critters are trying to get into your attic and if those critters are trying to enter, they will fill in the gaps to eliminate their entry. Each time they come out they sweep gutters and under all the eves to ensure no bugs. I called to request termite service on Tuesday the lady confirmed an appointment 2 days later on Thursday from 9-11 am , I called on Wednesday to rearrange the time, another lady told me will take notes and someone will call me to confirm. No one called me back for the rest of the day to confirm changes, so I called back next day Thursday in the morning a gentleman told me if no one called to confirm changes means I still in the same schedule 9-11 so I had to reschedule my plans to be there and also I requested the tech call me 30 minutes before arrival. No one called me by 10:30 am so I went to the property because is vacant and I am 30 minutes away. I called Dancan at 11: 15 am , I told the lady, tech is not here and I must leave the property , also no one has called me to at least let me know the status as a courtesy call. Very pleased with Dancan's entire team of professionals. Every interaction I have had with the office has been very professional. Katelyn set up my initial appointment. Josh came out and inspected my attic and all of my eaves and found areas that I didn't know were "entry points" for the critters in my attic. I felt the estimate and time frame required to get the job done was very reasonable. Within the week, I had started the process. Chris, Reid and Nathan came and sealed up the entrance areas around my eaves and repainted the trim area, filled in the seep holes in the bricks. I am amazed at what a difference that has made. They set up appointments to check the traps in my attic and have even made additional trips out to collect what has been caught between appointments. In the past I have had issues with previous pest control company's. They would show up anytime during the day with no time frame window or would just show up do a quick spray and leave. Wouldn't even ask if the backyard was available. Found dancan and everything changed. First time out there they did an assessment and told me what they recommend. Dancan has kept our new (to us) home pest free since we bought it eight months ago. Each time they've visited, they've contacted us about an appointment a few days ahead of time, given us the opportunity to reschedule via text, email, or phone, and then always shown up on time. As I described to Taylor during a follow up call, and as important during these challenging times, their tech always knocks, stands back about ten feet, asks if any new problems, tells us what they're doing around the outside of the house and how long to leave the treatment un-disturbed, then efficiently and quietly completes the treatment. Reached to DANCAN with a rodent problem. I had a problem in the past with this issue and another company came out but as I continued to pay yearly to keep up the service, their service declined and they refused to look for new intrusion points. Upon calling DANCAN Katelyn was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Dan came out and his evaluation was very thorough and provided resolutions where he found potential issues. Cost is not the cheapest but fair. Much better to do it now than after they get in...some friends had that it was VERY expensive. I give this company 5/5 stars. They are professional, reliable, thorough, and reasonably priced. James inspected my house and suggested areas be closed off that I didn't even realize were a problem until he pointed them out. They handle the entire job from start to finish without the homeowner having to lift a finger. Their warranty is outstanding as well. So far so good. been dealing with an on and off issue with mice inhabiting the kitchen. After 2 other companies and several dozen boxes of glue traps, I caught a Dancan ad. Spoke with Katelyn and the inspection was set up the same day. Was shocking what the tech showed me and how they kept in through gaps left by the builder between the foundation and siding. No amount of traps and bait boxes are going to stop the furry little squatters from coming in when they please. After reviewing the process and hashing out the price, I am quite impressed with the potential of their products to finally seal up all the entrances to the Rodent Holiday Inn.
