Our manager paid for us to play 60 minutes. Before we went, we had to complete a waiver online and choose our game name. There were restrooms inside where you could change clothes (cause I heard if you are competitive, you would sweat a lot). They also have lockers - activated by a wrist key fob - so you could put your purse and keys somewhere safe. It's a dark area full of arcade rooms (maybe about 10 or 12 rooms in total). Each room has several games from which you can choose to play. Our group of 12 people were split into 3 teams of 4. The front desk attendant gave us all a wrist fob that we had to activate with our game account. The attendant explained how to play. Choose the game, all players scan their fob, then wait until the current team playing in the room exits before you go in. Scores are based on how well you do. If there is no one waiting outside the room after the game completes, you can move to the next level and continue playing. My team's first couple of games went so wrong and we questioned ourselves and our lives many times while playing. However, we got the hang of it and enjoyed ourselves so much! My favorite game was in the "Grid" room, where they called a color and the team had 5 seconds to get to a space with that color. So fun! When you're there for a birthday party, the have a special bin you can put your shoes in that's just for the invitees of the party. If you're there for general play, there's a designated area for your shoes. All people must wear socks--parents, this means you too. The staff stamp the hands of the children and the parent/guardian as you enter the play area. The reminds me of the Chuck E Cheese system and I like it because it helps them make sure a child is leaving out with who they came in with. One thing I really like about Let's Play is that there are no video games. All the activities require physical activity, which I think is important for kids in this digital age. His horses are so incredibly well trained and Mo himself was just so friendly, cool, and helpful. I can't recommend Mo's carriages enough. I didn't know the details and was a bit disappointed with the limited amount of play time. The party room was adequate. The hostess was absentee which appears to be a systemic issue based on the other party review. They brought the coolers in for my wife and threw a few plates and napkins in the room and we didn't see her again until it was over. They shorted us on drinks. We bought extra pizza. They allow outside food which is nice. Overall great time for the kids. Super tiring. It was tough to get out of ball pits FYI! It's not private. It's gen pop / players and party goers. Next time I would likely see about letting the kids play for longer and skip the party room/ hostess scenario. It was of no material benefit. The little girl that was our assigned hostess appeared way overbooked and simply couldn't keep up which is a managerial issue. Overall a good time. Made my son and his friends happy so at the end of the day that was all that mattered.
