I got a 10 percent off coupon code online. When you get there you check in at the front desk. They give you a wrist band that you can use for a locker if you need one. Lockers are free. Each person also gets a wrist band to play. First time players register at the kiosk. We were then taken into the gaming area and given instructions then we were free to get playing! There are several rooms, each with about 5 different games. One is a basketball room with different games. You can get directions for each game outside the room. Once you pick the game, you each scan your wrist band, press start and enter the room. The games have different levels. You can choose to go to the next level or exit the room. The games have a moderate level of activity which gets harder as you pass the levels. Water fountains are located outside the rooms near the bathroom. You will need them. Play is for 75 minutes which was plenty of time for us. After you turn your wrist band in you are given a keychain you can scan the next time and it will have your gaming info from previous play. The hostess was absentee which appears to be a systemic issue based on the other party review. They brought the coolers in for my wife and threw a few plates and napkins in the room and we didn't see her again until it was over. They shorted us on drinks. We bought extra pizza. They allow outside food which is nice. Overall great time for the kids. Super tiring. It was tough to get out of ball pits FYI! It's not private. It's gen pop / players and party goers. Next time I would likely see about letting the kids play for longer and skip the party room/ hostess scenario. It was of no material benefit. There wasn't much indication in the building that these buildings were out there and we just happened to discover them, so be aware that the main building isn't everything! A very nice gentleman stopped us on the way out to ask if we'd enjoyed our visit and whether we had any questions. The whole visit took about 45 minutes. They do request that you be quiet inside for the sake of the recuperating birds, so it's not the best place to take kids who can't lower the volume for a little while.

My husband and I have been married 10 years and idk why but I felt the urge to make sure this lady wasn't still scamming people. I remember this day like today and all of my family wanted me to press charges but I was just glad when the day finally ended and it wasn't bad. I didn't have flowers, tables, chairs or any decor but I had over 120 guests that filled the building with so much love. It taught me some valuable lessons. 1. Always pay with a card.
