I was sold faulty tap shoes in September, the elastic strap never buttoned. We always just used the ties that are also provided and what was used during try on- which is run as a strict experience where parent input is not welcome and you are not left with the product to inspect prior to purchasing. However, for her recital, I am told that she must have the elastic strap. I drove 25 minutes to explain and ask for a strap that probably cost about $.50 and could have been easily pulled from another box of shoes, but was told that she could not help me, there was nothing she could do, it was too long ago. I highly recommend never to shop here, spend your money where your busieness is appreciated.
