Fast and attentive service, fun and inviting atmosphere, pleasant and welcoming ownership. This family-owned sushi spot always is and always will be a favorite.

Staff were very friendly and attentive when we came. The portions were huge and also reasonably priced. I think our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and we ended up ordering way too much food. We both got a miso soup and side salad, and were already full at this point even though we ordered sushi too. I got a spicy salmon roll and the Bengali roll. The sushi was ok.

Had not been here in awhile and not sure why. Food and service were great and the food came out quickly. I really like their miso soup as well.

I tried the soft shell crab and it was disappointing , lacking in flavor and not worth the price. The sushi rolls were very good and full of flavor. The crab rangoon tasted great, but the portion was too small for what they charge. Great service, and I'll always come back for the dancing mussels appetizer, they're truly addictive.

My husband and I usually love this sushi spot! We get takeout from them often. Unfortunately, this last time, my husband had a SCREW in his ginger salad. There was also some sort of plastic attachment in his salad as well. It could have seriously broken a tooth. I called Dancing Roll several times and have heard nothing from them. I'm not happy. Sad we won't be back.

I have reviewed Dancing Roll several times now, but love it so much I never want to miss a chance to give them another five stars! I visited yesterday after a dr appt and it was the best treat. I love that each meal starts with a complimentary miso soup. Sushi is always half price, so my total for 2 rolls and a soup was only $14 which is a steal for quality sushi.

Delicious food and fun atmosphere. I met some family here and we were helped by a great waitress. Even with all of the rain, we had a nice time walking around the small shopping area after we ate.

My weekly sushi update! Was out today taking doggo to Petco for grooming so I'm like might as well try this sushi place. That's right next to milk jar. All their sushi are half price dine in and to go and they give you free miso soup when you dine in! But what really caught my attention was how big and thick their sashimi slices are!!! It's about $2ish a slice after 50% off so I would say pretty worth it!

We love good sushi and that's what we had here, service was fast and friendly, and the entrees were quality as well! This place offers great value and portions and will definitely remain on the list of options for sushi night.

The best sushi I have ever had. Their half price sushi lunch deal is amazing. I am so glad we found this place.

Fantastic sushi and a great atmosphere. It's much more roomy and casual than a lot of other sushi joints. Highly recommend!

The waitress sat us quickly, since there seemed to only be one or two other parties in the store. Overall we were pleased with the experience. I loved that they had a skewer menu, something I have not seen in the ramen shops I visited. The waitress was not terribly familar with some of the items, but was more than happy to find the answers. I was disappointed that my bamboo shoots were absent in my ramen bowl, I had the spicy tonkatsu. My daughter loved the fried agashi tofu and my husband enjoyed his spicy miso. We both agreed the noodles were quite nice, little snap to them and not too soft. Double check your bill - we had to ask for a removal of an item that never made it.

The girl in the front was friendly and welcomed us. The decor inside is nice, may be a bit older, but I think that is what gives it some charm. They have a couple tea rooms, which is nice, also a sushi bar, a large regular bar and then of course their hibachi grills which is the main event. Did not try sushi, so cannot give an opinion on that. But I did enjoy the food very much, it is on the more expensive side per person, but you know what you are getting here, it is the atmosphere, the show and the food all together to get the full experience for the price. I myself chose the filet mignon with scallops. Filet medium rare, it was cooked just the way I liked it, it was tender and flavorful and not over done. Scallops also were on point, the chef did a good job. I think he may have been newer as he did not do some of the tricks I am used to in a place like this. But he did a good job and was friendly. Our server was friendly, the only complaint is when we went to pay, he said we could not do individual payments and we had to do it in blocks of 4, which did not work for us. We asked to speak to the Manager and then we suddenly all had our bills split properly how we needed since we were a mixed group, so I thank them for doing that. We brought a cake as well and we were able to cut it up at the table and enjoy it there as well, so I cannot give them anything but 5 stars. Friendly, good food, entertainment and accommodating to our requests. Good experience all around. Enjoy!

Love to sit near the coy pound. Could use better lighting tho. Unfortunately, the last time I ate lunch there, it's been over a year, I had the worst attack to my digestive system, that I've ever experienced. After we had lunch, we drove over to Kohl's, which is within a couple of minutes. As soon as we walked in, we both developed the old bubble guts. Barely made it to the restroom. I will spare you the details. Ruined it for me. No more sushi for me.

We were in town for an event and were ready for dinner far earlier than our reservation but the hostess got us in no problem. Our server, David, was terrific. He is the only server who has ever convinced me that ordering Wagyu was worth the money. He sold us on the 14oz Australian Wagyu which in his words "was the best steak he had ever eaten" and after having it, I couldn't agree more. The steak was perfectly cooked, beautifully plated since we shared, and it melted in your mouth. The char on the outside was ridiculous in the best way. We also had oysters on the half shell broiled with Cajun butter, lobster Mac n cheese, and corn brûlée. All of it was delicious. I wish we would have ordered the bread with candlestick butter, it looked amazing. Totally worth the money, will make a drive from Columbus just to have that steak again.

The space itself has an eclectic, upscale vibe that adds to the overall experience. The food backed it up. We had the Japanese crab cake, grilled oysters, Baby Wedge (not so baby), and split the 16oz Wagyu ribeye with truffle butter. Sides were mushrooms and the potato mille-feuille -- that potato is a must-order. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and incredibly tender, and the crab cake was packed with large chunks of crab. The oysters were good, but everything else really stood out. Dessert was an espresso crème brûlée and finished the meal exactly how you'd want. Service was excellent. David took great care of us -- knew the menu, made good recommendations, and kept things moving without ever feeling rushed. The place was absolutely spotless -- from the dining room to the smallest details. Around $400 for two all in, and worth it for a special night out.
