JNR said it would take about 4 weeks for installation, which was acceptable. Two weeks went by and we got a call from JNR asking if we would like to have the turf installed in 2 days! Needless to say we were very happy. When the crew came to our house, they were professional, friendly and courteous. The guys answered all of my questions and I could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a pleasure to have them at our house. They say they will *fix* things but won't bother to show up. Low quality items: Not even a month after my aritificial turf was installed, portions of it started to dry out and lift up. I'll include a picture of their turf supplier so that anyone can see their suppliers' reviews as well. Sketchy business practices: There is no paper trail when giving payments. Thomas only wants cash or zelle and will not provide a schedule of payment dates. Instead, he'll text you the day before and say, "I need payment of $$$$ for supplies." The zelle linked to this company is neither of Thomas, his brother, or the company's. As stated before, there is no paper trail. Last one, after deciding halfway through the job that I wanted to go with an upgrade that we had previously discussed, I wanted to make sure we were on the same page on price. Thomas had quoted me with a balance that was $500 more than the original agreed amount. Fortunately for me, I caught the discrepancy in the quote, and I called it out. Seek several quotes: Their prices fall in line or higher than other licensed businesses in the AV. The only problem is that they're no longer licensed. Be aware of unlicensed businesses for obvious reasons.

I had a contract with him to landscape my backyard with the focal point being my water fountain. Our agreement was that I would purchase the fountain and he would install it along with an automatic refill water system that I also purchased. When they started to install the fountain they did not bother to read the instructions and neglected to install the rubber grommets in the fountain that prevent the fountain from leaking. They spent several days trying to get the fountain working and I am assuming that because of the fountain leaking, again just my opinion, the fountain pump shorted out and would not work. When I asked Christian about the pump shorting out he flat out lied to me and said it never happened. Eventually he did admit that it had shorted out and he had bought a new one. He then tried to get me to deduct a certain amount off of my contract price and have me get someone else to install and fix the fountain. I refused to do so and told him he would not get his final payment until my fountain is up and running. Well he got it running alright. Now it never stops filling up with water and overflows. After I paid him in full and then noticed that the water fountain was overflowing he has not fixed it yet. Additionally, he did not put any plastic down in the flower beds and now the weeds have pretty much taken over the planters. It has only been 3 months since he did my landscaping and he won't take any responsibility for his work. He has now cancelled my weekly lawn service and basically left me now choice but to go after his bond company. Save yourself the headache and use someone else.

Wall caps crooked, wall not level. My sprinkler wire was cut intentionally because the water came on, so my husband had to repair it. Two caps are damaged. The footing on my wall is above the yard line, with cement that had to get carved down. A 1 day job turned into 3 days, and it still isn't quite right. Taylor called and tried to rectify the issues. They added sand and grass seed to camouflage and cover the footing. Hopefully the grass will grow. I wouldn't recommend or use them again.
