On a SUNDAY, I sent FIRESHIELD a request for a quote through Yelp. Within a short period of time and a few text messages back and forth, all my questions were answered and I had an appointment scheduled. The tech arrived earlier than the appointment window I was given, was very friendly, and had completed everything in about 15 minutes. FIRESHIELD's fee for the inspection was also less expensive than the other quotes I received. I will definitely be calling them for future fire extinguisher inspections and servicing.

I quickly reached out on Yelp to several licensed fire protection service providers, hoping someone could help reinstall it as soon as possible. Leon from Central Fire Protection & Services was the fastest to respond--within ten minutes! I asked Leon if he could come quickly to help me replace and install it because I had to go out the next day. Leon asked me to send him photos and a short video. After reviewing them, he reassured me that there was no need to worry, that it wasn't a big problem, and told me to just contact him again after I got home. When we returned from our trip, I contacted Leon right away. Leon patiently and thoroughly guided me online on how to choose the correct new cover plate, how to purchase it, and explained that once I received the parts, I could actually install it myself. Even after receiving the new part, I still insisted on having Leon come install it, since I'm not a professional. But Leon kindly and carefully walked me through the installation step by step. Finally, with Leon's help, I successfully installed the new cover plate!
