Instead, they provided fire extinguisher from their own inventory + certificate and still did not ask anything extra!! Very rare to see in today's business environment! I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an employee who was driving a company vehicle and…read morebehaved in an extremely disrespectful and aggressive manner toward me and my wife. My wife and I were legally pulling into a gas station when the employee, who appeared to be attempting to make a left turn while exiting the gas station, became upset with how we entered the property. The employee then pulled alongside our vehicle and began yelling insults at us. During the incident, the employee used profanity in Spanish and called us "PUTO" twice. He also said "LA VEGA," or words similar to that, while continuing to verbally confront us. His behavior appeared aggressive and completely inappropriate, especially while operating a company vehicle. We did not engage with the employee or do anything to provoke this behavior. We were simply entering the gas station legally. Regardless of any disagreement or frustration on the road, an employee representing a company should not be using profanity, insults, or aggressive behavior toward members of the public while driving a company vehicle. I am requesting that the company investigate this incident and address the employee's conduct appropriately. I would also appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been received and information regarding what steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. I needed to get two fire extinguishers serviced and certified so I was looking around. Called a few spots until I came to Nickell. They transferred me to the tech Jose and I left a message and he got back to me promptly. He said they could come out in two days to do it or I can bring it in, so I decided to bring it in for faster service. Jose was clear and explained everything over the phone. When I got to the shop the great customer service kept on continuing. I was greeted as I walked in, filled out the paperwork and David picked up the extinguishers within minutes. As I sat there, I talked to the staff for about ten minutes, then David comes back and walks both extinguishers out to my car for me. I parked maybe about 200 feet away and the extinguishers were not light. Overall best customer service I got all year and I'd recommend EVERYONE to send them your business. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and the pricing are very affordable too.
