We informed Iris that one of the roommates required a medical alert dog (as we weren't originally informed). She got a bit rude with us and said there was NO WAY the owner was going to allow that. We asked her to ask since the Fair Housing in NY protects people with disabilities. She was very rude and said "if it comes down to you guys and someone else without a dog ... we are going to pick the other people!" She said this on a call with three other people listening into.
