I called the doctors office they were not helpful or did not want to provide the details of the service and asked me to check with insurance. Confused, so just landed up paying without knowing why they were using different CPT codes for each of the service and why it was different. I think patients owe an explanation of the services performed in the invoice.

He's also very thorough with double checking information during the eye exam and measuring my eyes, preparing for eye muscle surgery. After my surgery, Dr. Lustig was kind to speak to me days after my surgery while he was at the airport going on vacation, after being informed that I had some concerns and was crying, freaking out about my post surgery symptoms. He assured me that what I was experiencing was normal. He explained that everyone heals differently and at different speeds. I was so grateful and appreciative of his kindness. Dr. Lustig is great!
