She understood my insurance and figured out how to get the best value for my money. She paid attention to my taste and went out of the way to bring me a frame that had just arrived and was still in the packing materials. She correctly guessed they would be perfect for me. She put in a rush order, as I was post eye surgery and really needed them. They arrived a few days later and were perfect - the measurements for the progressive lenses were just right. This year, because of her, i came for both the eyr exam and the new glasses. The doctor, the tech, and both staff in the eyeglasses area were alk wonderful and helpful. Although not officially assigned to me, the same staff from rhe kast visit helped research improved lenses for me and again found me the perfect frames. I have already recommended this place to family members, and i highly recommend it to anyone needing an eye exam and/or new glasses!

All the doctors have been great, with one exception, and I think she stayed less than a year. I find the ancillary staff warm, friendly and helpful. He took us for our appointment early and gave the most thorough exam I've ever experience. I felt like he really wanted to understand the health of my eye and what would give me perfect vision (today and moving forward). They have a large selection of FREE glasses to choose from, as well as other designer pairs. The staff was super friendly (even helped me decide which glasses looked best) and attentive to my needs. What made this a less than wonderful experience for me was my interaction with one of the salespeople, who told me "you don't have to stay" when I told her that I didn't love what I'd seen so far. Lee was great and I highly recommend him but my experience was at best a two star with one more for the eye exam which was thorough.
