The order should have been -2.25//1.75 and -2.75//1.75. He needs to retire and the practice needs to fill my Rx properly. Of course I have received no response from the above message I sent and have since learned of 2 friends that had the same experience. Now, I get a call trying to see if they can make it right after I complained in person twice add the 20 miles each way drive x 2 for exam and pick up if I did so. Nah. Yup, she was lovely but fueled my fire. There are other options for eye glasses in Warwick. That said, I will stick with my NJ eye doctor and order online Zenni Optical.

Office is a beautiful small one story building with parking in the back. During the pandemic the office provides face masks at reception if you happen to be a Karen and conveniently forget your mask. Office also provides hand sanitizer during these trying times in an effort to protect patients. Exam room is very large, spacious and equipped with the finest eye tech for our modern time. Jedi Master Dr Franco is absolutely amazing in his empathy for his patients. If eye glasses are required the office is equipped with a beautifully elegant room with eye glass frames displayed on multiple walls where you can indulge in picking your new look (upgrade or otherwise).
