For insurance reasons, I stuck with Franklin, figuring I know who I'm dealing with and that I could still get my teeth cleaned, etc., and just ignore their bogus treatment plans. But the cleanings were so inadequate I finally gave up on them... I don't think they ever spent more than 15 minutes on a cleaning. I also never felt that I could trust them not to damage my teeth on purpose so that I would need to have work done. So I changed to a different dentist. I requested that Franklin send my X-rays and their suggested Treatment Plans to the new dentist, but they never did. My understanding is that they are legally required to do this, but they did not despite repeated requests. So I ended up having to pay for new X-rays. All-in-all, going to a dentist that can't be trusted is a horrible experience and you should just stay away from Franklin Dental Care.
