Another Doctor (B**ggs) did a sinus procedure on me saying he could correct my sleep apnea. Still unknown what this procedure was called - said he was doing a "ductal lavage" - but that's not what he did. He stuck a metal rod in my nostril, pointing towards the roof of my mouth - and crushed bone. Did the other side too - even after I begged him to stop. Instructor/observer in room - so he did some kind of experimental procedure - that I didn't authorize. It caused a massive sinus infection in "every orifice" of my sinus', a deviated septum - made my nose crooked and one nostril almost closed (smaller). (Prior to this I had no sinus problems for over 12 years, and a very pretty nose. A Dr. (now retired) in San Antonio fixed a deviated septum in 1985, that an Austin ENT couldn't diagnose. So--my nose was perfect prior to this.) After Dr. Slaughter did a balloon sinuplasty saying that would fix the damage and gave numerous doses of antibiotics. I was still infected and after several months, he refused to continue treatment or correctly address my issues. Nor would his office give me the copies of my numerous CT scans that he took. This was due to fact that he didn't address the errors of the first doctor. After seeing several other ENT specialists in Austin, and several more operations, with only more complications - I finally saw a true expert in Houston. I have been coping for 6 years with complications from these procedures - constant drainage, infections and even drainage coming out of my ears when laying down. Not to mention the drainage causing sore throat and lung congestion. All doctors in Austin are buddies, and will cover for each others' mistakes. One of these doctors split a bone inside my nose, and another caused a cerebral fluid leak. I suspect Dr. Slaughter caused the CFL due to timing of symptoms and fact that it can be caused by a balloon sinuplasty. The expert in Houston, with decades of experience - won't even do a B.S., because the "results are temporary" and complications very serious. The Dr.s won't tell you this - because $ in their pockets first priority. A B.S. can also cause a detached retina. Are you willing to risk blindness, or death - for a temporary fix ? The CFL can lead to meningitis if your infection gets through the hole into your brain. I was also finally diagnosed with a "concha bullosa", which is probably the true cause of my obstructive sleep apnea, in addition to having a deviated septum, and my turbinates were cut in half - for no reason. In short I was misdiagnosed, used as a guinea pig, and bled for cash. I now have a deviated septum, caused by the first doctor, which Dr. Slaughter and the three I saw after him - should have corrected instead of doing several balloon sinuplasties, and just prescribing massive doses of antibiotics. My nose is still crooked, one nostril is still smaller than the other. I can't breathe - now a mouth breather - and my sense of smell is gone. None of these doctors fixed the problems caused by the first doctor because they didn't want to provide ammo for me to sue him. Also not one of them told me not to use my sleep apnea machine with a sinus infection. The instructions on my new machine stated this fact - it will cause the infection to spread. I used it for 5 years with this non-stop infection before finding this out. Should have been common sense - but not one of them knew this. Or did they just want me to keep returning for treatment ???? $$$$$$$$$$ Google - concha bullosa. It is a common defect and may be the true cause of your sleep apnea or snoring issues. My advice - go to Houston (or San Antonio) and see a real doctor (ENT or plastic surgeon) - run from this guy, he just wants your wallet. Sam D. wasn't exaggerating. Doctors and nurses are great all though I was told I was a good candidate to help and not need a cpap machine. After surgery I still snore and still have sleep apnea. Should have just got the cpap machine. Also up front office staff and billing can be rude. read more

Extremely disappointed. I'm not the patient, my husband is. I accompanied him to his visit in case they had questions, plus it was a trip out of town to Austin to do something after his appointment. It was very quick. The paperwork took longer than the whole appointment. They immediately took us back for a cat scan, which he declined bc it was $150 & the doctor had not even looked at him yet, why are we automatically doing a ct scan? We were quoted an estimate on what procedures could cost and it was $900+. Since we have to meet our deductible first, we pay out of pocket. That's a lot of money to come out of pocket when you don't even realize what looks like a standard exam is considered separate "procedures" at a time. They said they do not have cheaper cash pay prices and if we were to pay out of pocket they would never file with insurance again in the future. The dr, who was nice and answered questions, walked in, looked in ears, nostrils, & throat. He gave us two options and required a home sleep study. They brought the machine in and said bring it back the next day. I asked if we could mail it because we both had work, it's 1 hour one way and not able to do it Thursday but could probably rearrange schedule Friday to do it They said yes but we can't give you results right away and that would require another visit if he needed another sleep study. We asked about Friday's hours to plan for the equipment return. They said they closed an hour early, at 4, and worked through lunch so anytime was good on Friday. Both Susanna and the girl at the front desk confirmed Friday times. So, here it is, Friday. Office is closed. Rearranged work plans to be here and the office is closed. Sign states there is an employee appreciation event today so they are closed. Ok I get it, someone forgot that they closed early today because of special hours, but TWO employees didn't remember. Highly irritated is an understatement from day one. Prices are way too high. Don't pay for a CT SCAN unless the dr suggests further evaluation. Don't pay for the "endoscopy." This is absolutely absurd. Looks like another money hungry office. I should have read reviews like I normally do but my husband set this appointment up himself. read more

Dr. Slaughter is an amazing surgeon and his practice is a well-oiled machine. Highly recommend to anyone seeking help with breathing issues. Be aware that after your surgery, expect to be seen post-surgery one or more times by the nurse practitioner, who will observe how the area is healing and may (depending on the circumstances) lightly suction any mucuous. In my situation, this carried a $150 out of pocket cost. For future reference, you can request on your post op follow up visit to have "no diagnostics" done if you think you don't need the suction. In my opinion, it was not warranted because there was almost no mucous buildup in my nose, but I should have been better informed ahead of time regarding the "no diagnostics" option. No worries. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Extremely disappointed in my first and last appt. with Dr. Slaughter. My appt. was 9AM. The receptionist was very pleasant and the office is nicely decorated. The young lady who took my blood pressure had 0 personality and was just going through the motions. Dr. Slaughter greeted me along with a female premed student and another male employee who took notes during my visit- which consisted of looking into my mouth and ears, and a few Q and A. Slaughter then said that I needed to be on allergy drops and left the room. Another employee walked in with the allergy form and directed me to checkout counter to schedule my appt. I made an appt. and then canceled it. When I walked out of the exam room it was 9:08 AM. (an 8 minute evaluation). So, was not impressed with the new patient evaluation NOR the $499. bill they sent to my insurance company, using a code that I had a 45 minute new patient evaluation. I am appealing this highly inflated bill. They try to justify it by telling me that they get paid less because of the contract they have with the insurance company, still inflated. Dr Slaughter and his team have always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. When my son was 15mos we had to get him tubes for chronic ear infections and after 2mos of continued infections I was desperate and most ENT's said they could not see us for a few weeks. Dr Slaughters team fit us in right away for consult and he made sure to schedule us for surgery 2 days later. Recently I tripped and broke my nose, again his team fit me in with an urgent appointment and I was scheduled for my procedure 4 days later to get it fixed, I highly recommend this office for not only experience, professionalism but overall excellent care and service for the entire family for any ENT needs. Our 9 year old had been seeing another doctor who stopped offering allergy drops, so she referred us to Dr. Slaughter. We had been doing allergy drops for environmental and food allergies for years and were in the maintenance phase of it. When we went in, there were a list of tests he might run (that seemed more appropriate for sinus or snoring issues). I asked about this and he said it was only if she needed. That made sense to me. But when I got the mail this week, his office had already reached out to our insurance for pre-authorization for a CT scan--A WEEK BEFORE we saw him. A CT is absolutely something to consider with sinus or snoring issues, but we were there for allergies. He had a form for me to initial giving my consent for this--seems like consent is not needed. When he walked in, he made a joke or two to my daughter (who LOVED his dry sense of humor--one star for that!). He asked if we had questions, but already had one foot out the door. He said he was going to do the skin test for her environmental allergies, but when I asked about foods, he said it would all work out once we did the environmental tests. That didn't sound quite right to me, but I never got a chance to voice my concerns. When I mentioned my daughter was seeing him to my own doctor at a visit shortly there after, she took a long pause and recommended we get a second opinion. I'm sure out of professional courtesy, she cannot comment on specifics and I didn't ask. The look on her face was enough. We are going elsewhere. read more

I saw Dr. Slaughter and his team for my severely deviated septum. After a very thorough exam and going over my options, we decided a septoplasty was the best option. The procedure was only 20 minutes, done right in the office, and right away I noticed could actually breathe! The first night I woke myself up because I was able to breathe so much. I had no idea how bad my septum was until I saw Dr. Slaughter. Recovery was easy and I was back to work on Monday. Now working out and running is truly amazing! I'm repeating a lot of what other negative reviews gave. He is expensive and I feel no different after the procedure. My sleep study after the balloon sinuplasty with septoplasty and tubinate reduction was slightly improved from the one before. I felt all this was unnecessary. I too was compelled to go for allergy testing but did not and do not experience any allergies that warrant it. I too felt like I was handled like cattle. I sat in the chair for the procedure and 5-6 people descending on me doing various things. Next thing I know I'm set in a wheelchair and rolled right out to my ride. This is why I never listened to commercials on the radio or TV and one time I wish I hadn't. read more

Worst doctor ever!!! You should be aware that you could get unnecessary surgery. You should also watch if he just prescribe antibiotics or steroids for no reason. I did my nose surgery because he said I had sinus infection. He didn't check my nose nor anywhere. He just did CT scan which another ENT doctor later told me that he didn't think that I had sinus infection by looking at the CT scan. Nothing was changed after the sinus infection surgery, I still had pain on the face around the nose. I asked the doctor why it wasn't cured at all. he said it was allergy!!!!!!!!!! So, I found out later it was gum infection. I didn't have any sinus infection at all. I didn't even have mucus when I took the CT scan. Be careful if you don't know much about symptoms. I had really hard time after the surgery and spent few thousands of dollars because of side effects from the surgery. it lasted at least almost a half year. Procedure completed last Thursday at 7 am, back to work the next day. I can't say enough of this practice as a whole and the care I received. I had this procedure performed by another ENT a few years ago and was not satisfied. After consulting with Dr. Slaughter, I trusted that he would do what he needed to get my allergies, snoring, and recurrent sinus issues under control. There is and was little to no pain, in office procedure, clean and as professional as you can get. This is a first class office with first class staff from front office to the surgeons hands. I didn't know what breathing through my nose was like until now... day 6 out and I'm ALREADY better than I have ever been. Dr. Slaughter probably saved my life. I was waking up every hour when I slept. Was not thinking clearly because of sleep deprivation. I made a good choice by choosing Dr. Slaughter. He knew immediately from my scans what to do. I had a blockage, a deviated septum, and a pocket of fluid from allergies. I suffer from Vasomotor Rhinitis and since my current ENT Dr. was useless I sought an appointment with Dr. Slaughter swayed by the fact I would receive a Cat scan. Super diagnoses and recommended medication. Unfortunately, I developed nosebleeds from the medication which is a listed side effect. I contacted the office and was directed by menu to leave a message with the Dr.'s nurse. I received no response for two days. I again called and left another message for the nurse which was never returned. I then sent a letter delivered OVERNIGHT addressed to Dr. Slaughter. The following day the nurse "Erica" contacted me. She stated that she did not receive the messages I previously left. In spite of the fact that I informed her that since I ceased using the medication three days prior the bleeding had stopped. She obviously was not listening. She instructed me to cease using blood thinner medication and supplements and that she would call me back on 2 Feb. She did not call. I've been having issues with snoring for years. I scheduled an appointment and went in for a consult because my they accepted my insurance and were close to home. Upon arrival I was quickly handed a clipboard and told to fill everything out. While I understand it was a diagnosis, there was no clear information stating how much I'd be paying, only what I "might" have to pay depending on what services and tests have to be administered. I didn't have much choice so I could find out what what was wrong and what the cause of my snoring was. I was called back into the exam room where I explained what was going on. A few moments later, the doctor came in with a few medical students and began the exam which took all of about 5 minutes. He quickly explained the causes for my snoring, rattled off the procedures they would need to do to fix the issue and as he began to leave the room, he told me someone would be in shortly to get me scheduled. He asked if I had any questions and before I could answer, he left the room. After a couple minutes, I was brought to another waiting area, then into the business office where they began telling me all the procedures and the costs which totaled several thousand dollars. I was asked "When do you want us to put you down for?" I politely asked for all of the details in writing and that I'd have to think about it. The entire experience was frustrating and honestly I felt extremely pressured to sign up for all of these procedures. At no point did I feel like I was a patient under the care of a Dr. that wanted to help me. I felt like a customer in a high end department store that just wanted my money and as soon as they knew they weren't getting it, they were rude and in a rush to get me out. Ultimately I wound up paying $463 for a 5 min. visit with Dr. Slaughter and pressured to sign up for 3 different procedures. I am beyond disappointed and judging by a few other reviews, there won't be much responsibility beyond an "I'm sorry you feel that way". If there were anything I knew I could do to remedy my situation and get my money back, I'd do it in a heartbeat. read more

I had a rhinoplasty in the 90s after breaking my nose in a car accident. Fairly certain that my kids rebroke it when they went through the head butting toddler years. Meanwhile, I fly for work several times a month and my ears were remaining clogged, filling with fluids, and getting infections. I was diagnosed with eustachian tube dysfunction and told by my primary to take a myriad of of medicines to help with flying (afrin, mucinex, claritin, sudafed) which still didn't help. I saw Dr. Slaughter mid February where they did a CT scan of sinuses, ear fluid tests, and a hearing test. Scheduled surgery that day for the eustachian tube baloon dilation, baloon sinus Rhinoplasty, and deviated septum repair. Surgery was quick and easy. I did go home and rest and took a pain pill at night. I did work the rest of the week. My ears were immediately clear after surgery and my hearing improved. I even flew one week after surgery and my ear drums actually adjusted themselves in flight. My nose is almost completely healed on day 14! The right was open right after surgery but the left with the deviated septum was a bit more swollen and took longer. Most importantly, what some have criticized Dr. Slaughter for is exactly what I loved. Efficiently and awesome patient flow. They do have it down to a perfected office flow, standard practices, and are quick and efficient. I work and I appreciate not taking forever to get things done. BEST. MEDICAL. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I've lived in Austin for 20 years, and never knew that so much of my previous allergy and sleep struggles were the result of undiagnosed problems and ineffective treatment!!! Once I found Dr. Slaughter and his team, everything changed for me. I haven't slept this well, or felt this great, since I first got to Austin. Innovative and almost pain-free surgery opened my sinus pathways and dramatically improved my sleep quality. I am snoring less and routinely remembering dreams for the first time in 20 years. Dr. Slaughter diagnosed a low level bacterial infection that had never cleared, which was making my allergy symptoms much worse than they needed to be. My persistent low level cough is now gone! Previous doctors just shrugged their shoulders and blamed Austin for being "the allergy capital of the world." They were wrong. Dr. Slaughter had a detailed allergy panel done, and adjusted my medications in important ways. I still have allergies, but my symptoms are so much improved. Staff is efficient, caring, thoughtful, and the customer service is comparable to a five star resort. I recommend other doctors going here as patients. You will transform your practice! Dr Slaughter has changed my life. I have suffered from chronic sinusitis since I can remember. I have tried pretty much everything recommended including a failed complicated sinus surgery. I came to my first appointment with little hope but left feeling confident that he could help me. And he did! He ended up doing balloon sinuplasty and correcting my deviated septum. After the quick 15 minute procedure I came home feeling way better than expected. It took just the weekend to recover (I think I would have been fine the next day but I don't react well to antibiotics) and now 3 weeks later I feel great! After he looked in my sinuses at my 3 week follow up appt and used the words "they look pristine" my eyes welled with tears. I haven't felt this good or been able to breathe this well in years. I was referred to Dr. Slaughter and did not really know or understand why I should see an ENT or the extend of my breathing problems until after he had completed his micro-surgery. Prior to my micro-surgery, I had sinus infections all the time, could not breathe through my nose, and all the time would feel like I am choking when I eat and swallow. For many years, this was my situation, and I thought it was pretty normal, as it was normal for me. For years I could hardly breath through my nose, and I had no idea this was not normal. Dr. Slaughter did the works on me, and I must admit, I was not convinced, until he took an X-ray of my nose area, and even I could see, not being a doctor, that my insides looked a mess. Dr. Slaughter proscribed his micro-surgery, and exactly 24 hours after the operation, I realized, I could breath through my nose in a way that I could not remember, and only then, at that moment in time, did I realize how blocked my nasal passage was, and how difficult it was for me to breathe. I went in to get the balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction and center my septum from having a broken nose way back when. I was snoring at a level 10, the worst, and 1 year later i can say it was definitely worth it. I still snore some at a level 3-4 but my wife can deal with that. Sometimes she says i hardly snor at all and the best part is that i feel more rested and wake up less during the night. I seen results virtually right away. Super easy and you are done fast. Maybe the best part about it all are the people working at the office. Every person i dealt with was very friendly and professional from the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Slaughter. I have had prior sinus surgery with a different doctor and did not have any relief. I have had balloon sinuplasty with Dr. Slaughter. What a difference! I was having continuing hearing issues, coughing congestion, and difficulty breathing. The breathing issues were causing panic attacks at night that would cause me to wake up abruptly and calling out, which woke up my husband. We are now sleeping very well at night because of no more panic attacks. My hearing issues are cleared up now and my husband doesn't have to repeat what he is saying. This is about the way this office doing business, I was referred to do a brain MRI, even they have my complete medical insurance, they referred me to a facility that did not accept any medical insurance (Austin Premier Imaging). I forgot and did not verify, have the MRI done. The facility billed 70K (cost only 1-2K at ARA). Insurance end up paid 25K after discount !!! No wonder our health care cost is so high. I have visited this practice numerous times and I am so pleased with the service provided. You can tell that Dr Slaughter and his staff have put much effort in to making this practice run smoothly. From the time you arrive to when you check out, it is seamless! The staff is always super friendly! The practice is very busy but I have never been made to wait excessive time. Pretty much everything you need for this specialty is contained in his office at one location...I have never been given the referral run around and all my appointments and procedures were made in a reasonable or super fast time frame. I had to contact Dr Slaughter's nurse (Erica) several times after I left the office. I did so through the patient portal and always received fast and friendly responses. They have no problem doing work related documentation and are familiar with FMLA. As for the major procedures I have done at this practice, it was done without pain during the procedure. This practice offers anesthesia and this amounted to come in, sleep for a short period of time and wake up...you are done! It has taken the stress and anticipation out of the procedures I have done! There is also always prompt follow up to check on your condition post procedure! I rely on Yelp a lot to get a head start on choosing medical, food, travel and any service that I have not received...rely on others wisdom. This office tell you your insurance will cover the services then the office ends up hitting you with a bill for everything 8 months later. The Doctor himself is great at what he does but their business practices are fraught with deceit and double dipping, totally unethical. read more

It's very rare that after a bad experience with a staff member, the doctor himself takes the time out of his day to reach out to you and clear up the misunderstanding. Thank you Dr. Slaughter for personally calling me and clearing up the situation. I've had my share of surgeries and doctors visits and the doctors never take the time to call the patient directly. I was originally told that Dr Slaughter was a great guy and the best sinus specialist in Austin. Although I didn't have the best experience with his nurse, dr. My experience at this practice was not good to say the least. From the minute I walked in i found the office staff to be very unfriendly and it was all about collecting money. My initial appointment was quite late and I found the doctor a little arrogant. He assured me he would be able to fix my snoring problem but alas it did not happen. I scheduled surgery for a deviated septum and also had the balloon sinuplasty and turbinate reduction. But still I snored. My next visit was with a clinician and when I explained that although I could breathe easier i was still snoring which was my only reason for having this very expensive surgery. I was very upset at being $4000 out of pocket, insurance did not cover any of this. On my way out they tried to bill me again...WHAT.. I have never paid for post op, it was always part of the initial cost so they didn't charge me in the end plus I didn't even see the doctor. My follow up wasn't much better. The clinician told me basically that the walls of my nose were part of the problem and my tongue was too big for my mouth.. Really, they couldn't figure this out from my initial visit. They brought the doctor back in as I was extremely upset at being $4000 out of pocket with no good results. He came in and was quick to show me on his ever present ipad a scan of my nose where his 'work' was perfect. They did do another scan and were sure to tell me if would be at no charge..seriously!! I certainly wasn't going to drop another penny in his pocket. So breathe right strips were recommended and he was sure to tell me they were working on a solution to my soft nose tissue and to check back on their website. I would not go back there ever. I was furious as we had researched and thought this was the right person to help me. So I could not and would not recommend this guy to anyone, my whole experience was awful and it was all about collecting money, they won't do a thing till everything is paid for. They also tried to get me on the allergy testing with drops being recommend..ka-ching..ka-ching are you kidding me...no way. Just a money pit. read more

I have been suffering from sinus/allergy issues for the past few years that included frequent headaches, runny noise, clogged nostril on one side at all times and full ears. I scheduled a meeting with Dr. Slaughter and they did a CT Scan which uncovered my problems were related to a deviated septum and perforated eardrum in my right ear. I have always been sensitive to water in my ears my entire life. Dr. Slaughter thought it would be best to tackle the deviated septum first (which may be the cause of the ear problems) and then patch the ear. I had the surgery to repair my septum which included a balloon sinuplasty, septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I was in and out of surgery in a matter of a few hours. The recovery is pretty intense but the rewards of being able to breathe out of both nostrils consistently have been well worth the fews days in bed. After I was fully recovered with my nose surgery, I went in for the ear patch in which he went through my ear canal vs. outside of the ear to patch the hole in my eardrum. Once again the recovery took some time for all the packing to dissolve but I can hear more clearly out of my right ear and will feel more comfortable swimming again. Bottom line: Go see Dr. Slaughter if you suffer from anything related to your ears, nose, and throat. Great personality to go with great skills in the operating room. read more

Dr. Slaughter is a lifesaver literally! I saw another ENT who wanted to put me on CPAP and have me purchase an expensive mouth guard after one visit and one overnight sleep study (that was interrupted sleep due to my on call job). Not exactly a dream as a 33 year old woman. I decided to do some research and wound up finding Dr. Slaughter and am SO glad I did. His office is so relaxed, it almost felt like a spa. I never waited to see him, appointments ran on time. He actually took images of me, which revealed the true problem; a deviated septum, enlarged turbinates and a largeish tongue. I was able to schedule surgery easily and quickly once I was ready. It was SUCH a quick procedure, I think about 15 minutes. My snoring improved exponentially within the first couple weeks. I only snore now if I have some drinks too close to bedtime and sleep on my back. I used to snore like a freight train in any position. Aside from the obviously embarrassing snoring issue being resolved, I'm SO much more rested after a night's sleep. I used to require a couple hour morning nap daily....no more! It's truly incredible how this minimally invasive treatment has changed my life. I didn't even realize I couldn't and wasn't breathing out of my nose until I can now! I think back to the first ENT I saw and want to tell him what I *actually* needed and not the probably express line treatment all patients are given. I'm just about 3 weeks out and just had my follow up, which was as pleasant an experience as any I've had. They've also set me up for allergy testing so that we can prevent a recurrence of the issue with my turbinates enlarging due to irritation. At 9 weeks, I'll have a sleep study. Thorough, professional, exceptionally experienced, friendly office staff, great billing department. Please don't go anywhere else!!!! Dr. Slaughter is the BEST! read more

Dr. Slaughter and his staff are GREAT!! Everyone, from the front office staff, the nurses, Dr.'s assistant's are very nice and professional. I had balloon sinuplasty surgery in his office that took less than 30 minutes. My air intake thru my nasel passages is 30 % better instantly and my snoring is non existent. Now he is fixing my allergies with custom drops made just for me. No more over the counter allergy medicine that doesn't work. Best ENT I've ever been to bar none!!!! I've had sinus issues for many years that led to uncontrolled asthma. These sinus problems kept me sick for several months of the year. Dr. Slaughter was the only one who found the root cause of my problem. His sinus surgery changed my life. I had always heard about how awful sinus surgery was so I certainly was dreading the whole thing. Let me tell you, it wasn't that bad at all and I believe this is due to him knowing how to do the surgery without sending you home with packing in your nose. That would have been miserable. My recovery was quick and complete. Dr. Slaughter's staff is excellent as well. His nurse, Erica, is smart and professional providing excellent care to his patients. read more

Do yourself a favor and stop searching for any other ENT and go see Dr. Slaughter. I seriously can't recommend him enough...I had a balloon sinus procedure, septoplasty and turbinate reduction and this surgery has been life changing. There was some pain after the procedure for a few days, but nothing the pain medication didn't fix. I also had a small incident 2 days after the operation...My 7 month old son head butted me and holy cow it hurt so bad. Dr. Slaughter was so quick to get me right back in to check everything out and I am so lucky nothing had to be fixed. I am healing so well and couldn't be happier with the results. He has this surgery so dialed in, he is light years ahead of other surgeons. I have several friends that have had this procedure done by other ENTs and were in terrible pain for weeks, missed so much work and had a ton of painful splinting and packing...NOT ME!!!
