I started my journey earlier this year and it's been roughly 8 months now and I am extremely happy that I did. The studio, firstly, is very clean and well-maintained. You can see very clearly that the staff puts a lot of care into the space through their facilities and equipment. They enforce a no-shoes policy and recommend shoes off inside, which really makes it feel even cleaner inside. The instructors here are also very welcoming and understanding of each individual. I had a neck injury halfway through the year and had to adjust the way I did some of the workouts and I was not pressured to complete a workout if I felt I couldn't. You will definitely feel supported in every aspect of your workout here as the staff is very accommodating. I have always felt comfortable and safe attending a class even throughout my recovery. I have noticed that my posture, physical health, mental health, and body have gotten 100x better. I feel stronger every day and more confident as the day continues. Doing mat pilates over the years at home, you aren't certain you are performing the moves correctly but after joining this studio I can confidently do mat pilates on the days I can't attend a class. I've since moved further away from this studio and I still make my now 1.5-hour commute to come to this studio. They have many classes throughout the week and their app makes it easy to sign up. I love their class size of 7, though it isn't 1 on 1, you still get a very similar feeling since the class is on the smaller side compared to other studios. Overall, I would 100% recommend this studio to anyone who is looking to strengthen their body inside and out. I've already invited several friends to join me and they have all loved it. Don't forget to bring grip socks though :)!

I called other places that just want to sign you not caring if they actually have room to take in additional students with the reduced class sizes due to COVID. Studio Square not only was up front on pricing, they advised me which classes were smaller so I can get the attention I need as a beginner. I have been going now for a month and the studio is clean and we wipe down each bench at the end of each session. The instructors are patient and they push you just a little to get the best workout possible. They also offer alternative for the excepciones for any issue you might have like my bad back.

When you take this class, your body and mind are better prepared for the week to come. This class happens next door to "Mimi for Me Yoga", but is not a part of it. So, when you get to the top of the stairs, TURN RIGHT (not left). From day one, I was completely drawn in by the positive energy, welcoming community, and incredible variety of classes. Whether you're looking for a powerful Hot Yoga session, a gentle restorative class, or something in between, they truly offer something for everyone. The teachers are phenomenal--each brings their own unique style, passion, and heart to their teaching. I also love the workshops and special events they host. This past New Year's Eve, I had the amazing experience of welcoming 2026 with a midnight yoga and meditation class. It was the perfect way to set the tone for the year--centered, peaceful, and intentional. On January 1st, I took Merlin's class and was blown away. She greeted us with flowers, a note that read "I am love," and the most uplifting energy. Every class since has been a profound journey inward, helping me connect to myself in ways I can hardly put into words. It's a perfect blend of breathwork, stretches along with spirituality and Yoga foundations. Merlin is amazing. Great energy and she has a very healing, relaxed vibe to her. HIGHLY recommend this class, as well as any other class this studio offers. The other instructors I have taken classes with are also amazing. Denise, Mi Han and Sabrina to name a few. She is cognizant of my physical limitations, and works through them to accomplish my goals. The people that work for/train at the gym are friendly and non-judgemental, which is an important factor to me. BTW, I found the gym through two friends, who I didn't realize knew each other. I noticed that a work friend had lost weight over the summer. I asked her how and she told me she was training with Cynthia Conde at The Fitness Loft. I asked her why there? She related to me that she noticed that over a period of time her neighbor, who daily walks her dog past her house, was "shrinking". When she told me her name I realized I knew who she was and I too had seen her "transformation". But I thought she had lost her weight with Weight Watchers. Seems she needed something more and Cynthia Conde at The Fitness Loft was the answer. Needless to say I immediately joined! Also TCL holds a class for a local WW group.
