Each has its own charm. The Marketplace features gelato, fresh pasta, olive oil, sauces, etc. The small but attractive bar and a wood-fired pizza oven are located here. This area can be chaotic when the restaurant is busy. The main seating area, with rustic wood tables and chairs, allows diners to observe the frenetic pace of an Italian kitchen. More tables are located out back - a quieter experience and a treat in fair weather. For larger/private parties, separate private dining rooms are available. My family's menu favorites include the Caprese salad, Spaghetti Alla Carbonara, Gnocchi, and the Risotto. Nicoletta's has gluten-free pasta options. The staff is consistently knowledgeable and competent. A variety of wines is available by the glass. The bottle selection is heavy on Italian reds, and it also features a few Italian whites and West Coast wines. Live music is featured on weekends and on Tuesdays and Fridays, adding to the festive ambience.

The restaurant is separated into three distinct spaces. You enter into the middle room, which has some seating, a large pizza oven, several display cases of food and desserts and a coffee bar. Heading past the coffee bar into the left room, there is a modern space with bright natural light and a classy ambiance. This would be my choice for a fancy date or special occasion. It also seems less busy on that side, at least to me. Perfect for a lovely conversation in the company of someone fun. The room on the right is a little more dim, and has the appearance of a lounge. There is a bar with several whiskey bottles on display, and plentiful seating. When I visit the restaurant for lunch, this space often isn't used for seating so maybe it is dedicated for events or overflow. The prices are definitely very high. The bathrooms are clean and parking is very easy out front. This is definitely not a place that I would go unless it was for a nice occasion, but the service is outstanding and the food is really spectacular. I hear they have a back patio that is available seasonally and I can't wait to check it out soon!

The parking lot is easy to access and the store flows well. The prices are higher than average. I'll never do all of my shopping here. But I like the aesthetics of the displays and I like that it's a local business. This particular spot has above average customer service as well. A great place to stop if you need fresh flowers or a delicious pastry or baked item. The coffee bar is actually pretty decent and their produce is pretty legit. However, I've always found that the wine selection is what makes it most distinctive. Definitely a specialty grocery store but a place worth checking out and visiting every so often when you feel like a special treat for yourself or someone special. Happy shopping!

The quality is consistently high, meats, cheeses, bakery, and especially the wine selection all stand out. It's an easy place to put together a last-minute dinner that still feels impressive, whether that's grabbing a great cut of meat or leaning on the ready-to-eat options. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but you're paying for selection, freshness, and convenience. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the store feels calm and organized even when it's busy. Not an everyday grocery run for most people, but an excellent spot when quality matters or you want something special.

We also ordered a classic burger which was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and sat on a pillowy brioche bun. So good! Service was delight, our server was friendly and super informative. OK, so the fries were not as crispy as we'd like but that's not a dealbreaker. The space is great, the upstairs is nice and woody and warm, with a patio overlooking the street giving it a Euro vibe.

The bartender (a more mature fellow) was casually talking to someone, not serving him - standing in the restaurant talking. No one acknowledged we were there - or they would come back in a min. There were obviously plenty of people working a gal was putting candles on tables etc - we waited TEN mins to even have someone come over and give us a menu. The bartender seemed irritated at my question of did they have a pinot gris in the happy hour menu. "no, only chardonnay". And, when I asked for a taste - also seemed to irritate him. The food is great here - that is without question, which is why we went. And, it didn't disappoint. However - receiving the bill - there is a weird ADDED $1.25 for a "Hosting Fee"... Hosting Fee??? what the heck is thattttt. (if you google it will tell you that it's for 'helping the employees' basically) What? Then, I had gotten a regular non-premium martini. It says in menu Well Drinks are $8. A regular martini is just their well vodka and should be that. The charge for the martini was $12.00! Never going back - the service was lously. They are padding their prices and I can get much better treatment (and pours) at Five Spice or Tucci!

The Versaille, Tiramisu, and Marionberry cheesecake were all delish and absolutely worth trying.
