I went for a haircut and the girl cut off more than I wanted even after I told her multiple times not to cut that much. The women there are some kind of Eastern European and do not speak the greatest English so that did not help the situation. The women were friendly but also very pushy at trying to get me to get other services done by them even when I only wanted the haircut. Came in about a year ago for a perm. I'm not sure why I wanted a perm, but my hair was gorgeous... Down past my belly button, extremely thick and healthy. I asked for a curly perm with tight curls and I asked if they were able to do it... They assured me they were able to do it. They completely messed my hair up. My hair is not curly, it's dry, and it's completely damaged. I didn't get a refund. I paid nearly $400 for the service $400 for them to completely fry and ruin my beautiful long hair. Then they have the audacity to tell me that it was my fault because I came in with damaged hair. I think during the consultation is where the hair specialist is supposed to let you know if your hair is strong enough, I let them know everything I did to my hair, and they've told me over and over again that my hair was beautiful, gorgeous, and perfect. The only thing they did for me will allow me to come back and get my hair blow dried, and they gave me a glaze for free. I let them know. I was going to Greece prior to doing this curly treatment and they assured me they do my hair perfectly... I went to Greece for two weeks with the most damaged hair I've ever had in my life. I honestly think that this is kind of a crime, my entire family told me to sue them, even police officers have told me to sue them, but I genuinely think what is coming to them is going to be worse than suing I wish this company nothing but the worst, I hope everything goes wrong and I hope more and more people start to realize how crap this salon is. I've hesitated for a while to say something aboutthis salon, but now I'm going to use all of my platforms and any review I'm able to make I'll make to let everyone know to please!!! do not go to this place. I had a wonderful experience at Daniels. He was incredibly professional and attentive, really listening to what I wanted for my cut and color. They provided expert advice and took the time to explain each step, making sure we were on the same page. I found Daniel on my instagram page which was the best thing that could happen. I been living in Stamford for 3 year and tried two other salon but haven't been satisfied with the outcome . I did my consultation with Stacy told her I was thinking of highlighting my hair but my hair was not in the best shape for it, she recommended stripping out all the old color I had in my hair then go with the light brown I was looking for. Stacy is amazing she got the color right on and also did amazing job on fixing my end which was not cut correctly from other salon. I can't say enough about the whole experience with this amazing salon! I went in just for a consult and Daniel (the owner) was so friendly and understood exactly what I was looking for! He was able to get my haircut right then. And words cannot describe the beautiful results. I've never been this happy with my hair style. Recently moved to the area and finally had to come to conclusions that I can't travel 3 hours back to MA to get my hair done. Upon arriving, I was quickly brought to the chair to get my hair washed & glazed by Michelle who was lovely! After letting the glaze sit, Daniel told me his vision for my hair and it came to life! You can tell Daniel is extremely meticulous with his work and truly passionate. He blew out my hair and made all of the face framing angles look perfect! I paid $85 for a haircut as a new customer. The store was busy (saturday) and I had to ask to be served before waiting too long. The hair wash was quick... so was the haircut. For the most part of my haircut, I was asked to be standing up while my hair was being cut so it was the most odd haircut experience I have had. He is so focused, on how much revenue you are worth to him, he looses focus on your needs and wants. He will say hello, and hand you off to another employee, and take care of another customer or maybe 2 or 3 other people, not you, as he focuses on revenue, not service.. for that kind of service, even Super Cuts surpasses Prices are rich, service is non existent.... if you like paying a high price and treated like you were not human, then Daniel is your man! read more

The hair came out nothing like the reference picture I showed them. My hair is ruined and it can't be fixed. On top of the terrible cut, I was left waiting for so long - I was in the salon for two and a half hours for a short perm and cut. After my perm, I was left unattended and when Daniel finally came over it was so rushed and way too short. Everything looks terrible and all my friends and family agree. After a long research and review reading, I decided to choose Daniels Salon. Well he is "cool", "confident", and certainly no mistake the Owner. There was 1 other customer there and already being taken care of by Daniel. The next thing, I was ready to be rinsed and Sara took me over. As I was sitting waiting to be cut, another customer came in and seemed to know what she was there for and Daniel was the one to do it. It was then that Daniel was now in over his head. "Do I wait, or does "she wait"? He starts her, comes over to me starts cutting and 15 minutes later I was done. He sent over his assistant to blow dry me. OMG...... nothing like what I asked for. NOTHING.... He was hurried, and rushed. I did think about going back to have it corrected.....but I was not confident in having it done the way I wanted it. I came home crying!!
