Erma!!! So much personality and professionalism! She had us hooked with her first words but her follow through led us to purchase 3 rings and a pair of earrings. Even my mother purchased a ring! I had such a great experiance with Erma & Milagros and I am sooo grateful for those 2 amazing ladies!! So on 4/20 I came into the store right when they opened, my husband lost his ring at the water park & our 1 year wedding anniversary was coming up so I wanted to surprise him and replace it. They both went above and beyond to help me get the same ring, went through purchased paper work from 1 year ago to look for the sizing of the ring since I didn't know that information. I spent about a hour in the store going over through information & even decided to purchase him a 2nd ring to wear out on non special occasions. Those ladies made my day & I'll forever make this my store and make sure I only work with them 2. Side note; Victor was very very rude, he came into his shift and while I was encountering the transaction with the 2 amazing women, he kept mimicking what I said under his breath and had unprofessional attitude. I had to ask him what was his problem, and he said I kept saying insurance on the rings but they don't offer insurance and it's warranty.... Like okay!? Just cause I'm using the wronger terminology doesn't give you the right to be rude to a customer. Especially when you haven't been there during the whole transaction so he didn't even know what was taking place and what I had been thru. Victor defiantly brings 0 value to that store. I purchased a bangle braclet sku#41502196 December 2024 and had to have it replaced because first time I wore it, it broke in half. I was scared to wear it again well I am paying for it. I paid $100.00 for warranty. The second time I wore it April 21,2025 it fell off somewhere and it is now gone and I am still paying for it. The assistant manager was very nice district manager never called me back and now they want me to buy something else. Do not buy this braclet it is on sale and it is pretty it wont stay on your wrist. Milagros, the manager of this store literally was a miracle to me. (Milagros translation in English means a miracle) My now fiancé purchased my engagement ring at another Daniels location in town a month back. The ring did not fit as it was too large, so with the warranty he purchased we were informed we could resize it. I've never had a ring sized, so I trust the jeweler knows what they are talking about since they are experts. Not once, twice, but three times- we had to take it back because the fit was still not right. I refused to go back to that Daniels location because I felt the many employees that helped, did not know what they were doing. I googled all other locations and this one popped up. I informed Milagros who picked up the phone when I called, what was going on. In a sense of urgency she asked me to come to this location, ask for her and she would personally take care of it. I went to the store a bit nervous and anxious as my previous experiences with the jeweler were not what I expected. Milagros went above and beyond to ensure the ring would be just perfect. Two days later when the ring came back, I had tears of joy because the ring was exactly how it should have been done the first time. Jewelry is very good, price is little hight but it is ok. My concern is about the store manager her name is Milagros, she is so rude, not clear at all. Milagros always look you with a face like if she were lying. I feel so offended right now because they ask for job information but they never said that they are going to call to you work, I think this is a violation of your privacy. Then I asked Milagros how to access to the Daniels account to pay and even that she is the manager she provided me the wrong information (very unprofessional and unable to perform her job duties) It was a very uncomfortable experience so I will make sure that nobody in my family and friends go to Daniels because my experience. Went back after they completed the sizing. The person they work with dropped it to a size FOUR instead of a six and a a half.. couldn't even get it on my finger. They kept the ring and sent it back to make it right for me. After Another week of not having my ring I get the call that my ring is ready for pick up, I get there and they sized it to a 6 1/2 but took off the balls which we had discussed and agreed was needed to make the ring fit correctly. They offered to give me $60 back for the balls but as I sat there and tried the ring on the 6 1/2 did NOTHING for me. The ring still spins. And the ring itself has a defect. As one side is lopsided now and one has a dip and the other side does not. I am so frustrated with my experience here. read more

I recently visited a Daniel jewelers here in Las Vegas. As I walked around the mall past a few jewelry stores I Tried to feel the vibe and can check out the workers and The stores as well. As I walked by Daniels for my second time I saw Gentlemen nodding in agreement and rubbing his hands and when he saw me waved. I instantly felt welcomed and ready to spend some money. The gentleman's name is Christopher. he was a great listener and waited until I finish talking before he added his great advice. He was very humble and knew about some diamonds and how to make me feel comfortable because it was an engagement ring that I was looking for. We talk shortly about my fiancé, love and about life. It was almost like he was just a guide and the right ring was just waiting for me to sit in front of. Christopher make me feel very welcome and almost like family instantly. His professionalism and how he explained about financing and how to get me the perfect ring and in my budget Was like no other.
