And walking into these places can be very uncomfortable, honestly, because the staff itself can come across harsh, too matter-of-fact , always hyper-rushed and that can be interpreted as insensitive and judgemental, making the experience all too difficult. HOWEVER, there is a gem of an employee at this Super Pawn in Henderson. Mark Jones is a Shop Manager Trainee who I had the pleasure of dealing with on 4/30/16. Not only did he process me quickly, it's the way in which he asks his questions and pauses to hear your entire answer that made this professional, but not cold. I was sold a fake Chanel black purse for $1800 in 2023. The sales associate Shyde confirmed to me that it's authentic. She also said, everything they sell is authentic and assured me that if I want to buy authentic items, that I will never go wrong at any Superpawn because they don't sell fake items. I paid it through lay away for 6 months or so. I had it authenticated after I picked it up. It was fake! I sent pictures to Legit grail authenticator. It is indeed fake!!!! I went back to complain, brought the authentication certificate, and attempted to get my money back. I brought the certificate that it's not authentic. Manager Dave refused to refund my money. I was at the store 4 hours. They kept saying I needed to talk to the manager who was busy at that time. The sales associate went on to entertain other customers. Phoebe asked for the purse back. She took pictures & l was told they are authenticating it with entrupy. I saw phoebe walking back & forth but never went back to me to show me the result of their own authentication. Meanwhile, I was standing in the corner and everyone there, ignored me. Hours passed and phoebe & shyde kept telling me it's taking a while to authenticate bc it is a vintage bag. After 4 hours, they still kept telling me that they are waiting for entrupy to give them result and that I can take the purse home and come back the next day. I came back, I was ignored again. Then I was told that they will only give me $800 for the purse. I refused to take the $800 because it was a fraudulent action on their part to sell me a fake Chanel for the price of a real preloved Chanel. I asked for a total refund but it was ignored. I did what I can to report/call the las Vegas manager and called the headquarters customer service to no avail. I kept calling the customer service and was told each time that they called me but that I did not answer. I did not get any calls. I had no way out but to give the fake Chanel bag back to them with a very heavy heart for half the price I paid versus losing the entire $1,800. They refused to pay me back the entire amount I paid. They never admitted it was fake. I went back after 2 days and lo and behold! The same black Chanel was displayed on the shelf with a tag $2,000. I was shocked. I asked to see the purse. Shyde the Sales associate told the guy not to give me the purse (it was the same purse and even selling it for more). She grabbed it from the guy right before he was about to hand it to me. It was the same fake Chanel. Shyde said, "I told them not to put it back on the shelf". She took the purse hurriedly to the back. So then I came back again after 1 week, that same black fake Chanel was up on the shelf again with a price tag of $2,000. Unbelievable. These people are calloused and scammers!!!! Not recommended, can only pay on loan in cash, and at store. Not a card over phone. This way they can rip you off, if you can not drive to the store. Because of being sick or in hospital. Better off using EZ pawn , you can pay online, or phone with them, so you don't lose your stuff!!! read more

I recently visited this location after I dropped and shattered my school tablet. I took it to Best Buy, and was told it would cost more to fix it than it would be to just replace it. Welp. So I decided to hit a few pawn stores before shelling out money for a brand new tablet all together. This was the second or third place I tried, and surprisingly they had an iPad mini for about $130, right in my price range. One of the employees charged the iPad for me so I could make sure it worked. Once I checked it, she rang me up. I didn't like that my iPad just got thrown into a plastic shopping bag and I was given a beaten up, ripped charger. You couldn't give me a nicer one from the back? Ok... It was overall a good experience, but I felt completely ignored by the staff when I came in. It's not even like they were busy, they just didn't greet me or even look at me until I went up to someone and asked. Then the lady that helped me seemed like she could care less about doing it. I wasn't impressed with the customer service, but I haven't had any problems with my iPad. The other thing that bugged me was that my iPad had NOT been reset since they bought it. It still had the other person logged in to their Apple ID, and all their information still on it. It made me uncomfortable, but luckily I was able to reset it at home. I just got home from this SuperPawn location. This was my dilemma, I called the store earlier today and informed the person on the phone that I was 9 days late making my payment on important pieces of jewelry that I had a loan on. The nice man informed me that I needed to come in the store just so they could verify that I was the owner and they would try to have the items sent back to the store. I didn't know why they were sent out? He said one of the pieces needed to get fixed. I still didn't know why they sent out both pieces? but ok. After work today I went over to show proof that I was the owner, this is what happened. I walked in and stood in front of the counter, I was called over by a nice young man with spiked dark hair, I informed him of the situation regarding the items of jewelry and how I would really like to get the pieces back. He then looked toward the man standing behind him who was Jason Arther the store manager. The store manager Jason Arther did not look at me, would not even say hello to me and he is waring some kind of star employee performance badge on his shirt. He told me straight out we can't guarantee your items will get back to you. He said we put the request in and we will see if they come back. I said oh ok, do you guys just enter it in the computer hear at the store? Would the items to come back automatically or do you call some ware and have them shipped back, he the interrupted me and said I don't even know ware the stuff is at! We will just have to see. Then I said oh, ok so do you guys just call me or????? I then said do I call you? Right then the nice young man I was dealing with earlier said "you can give us a call in a couple of days if you don't hear from us.
