I buy storage units and had a storage unit I was emptying in the area. I usually feel out local pawn shops so I dont have to travel far. Took some of the loose objects of value, mainly designer purses, in just to feel them out and knew immediately it was the wrong choice. I had unused Coach and Michael Kors bags, one with original tags, all priced over $100 online. I was given the lowball offer of $35 for everything and told they can be found at Goodwill...I used to work at Goodwill. No they cant. Some other Big Boy behind the counter came over looking thru my stuff like there was a cookie that needed priced , without asking, no input or expertise either. With that said I went to the EZ Pawn around the corner. Was actually greeted and welcomed by a nice, older lady who was more than excited to actually look at the purses. She seemed to know far more about purses. Especially the Kors bags. I only look for 25% of worth on my storage units I pawn, I had already priced the bags, and she nailed my number perfectly. They actually had more of a pawn shop feel. Not a shoe store. I discussed what I do, that I used to be a carpenter, and always have tools to offload. Their manager over heard and we started talking. just very nice people. So i'll be going back by today to offload the rest of my storage unit and tools. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. I've had this happen to me twice at this location, and I'm done giving them my business. The second time was over a guitar with a $750 retail price. Guitar Center had two of the same guitars for $600. I offered EZ Pawn $625, even though the guitar had a scratch. I had already reached an agreement with another employee, and then Chris stepped in and completely changed the deal, saying he was going to "sit firm" at $1,000. This isn't about them rejecting an offer. They're allowed to say no. The problem is negotiating with a customer, reaching an agreement, and then having management step in and change everything. After experiencing this twice, I have absolutely no confidence in how this location conducts business. Save yourself the aggravation. Take your business somewhere else. read more

Just a tip for customers...try not to see Beth at this location. She has poor customer service, an attitude for no reason it seems, and gives you the lowest possible amount for your item, almost feeling like she's ripping you off. My husband and I typically have had really positive experiences with this location specifically with Dave, Carlos, or Cesar, but not with this particular employee. Shortly after this negative interaction with Beth, I went to a different EZ pawn location, and got the fair and accurate amount for my items, let alone they accepted them as well, as she did not when they were in brand new/perfect condition. read more

This is a 5 star review for the archery guys. They are amazing! We have been coming here for 13 years. These guys have longevity and I bet they had to deal with a lot that they should not have to. Less than 1 star review for Management and 1 star for the folks at customer service. I know it's probably corporate and you're not able to make the difference you wish you could make. But this store is struggling because of more than just what you wish you could change about corporate. Every time we as customers get used to a new manager and things start to go well we have to deal with a new manager who brings in new methods and then we have to deal with their proving phase. They come in, change everything not just for their staff but it's felt by the regulars. We have never had such a difficult time coming into the archery range as we have since the new management took over. How about this, why don't you guys update a Facebook or Instagram page when you choose to schedule no one in archery. We waited at least 45 minutes today. After being told twice we would have someone come up to let us pay and use the archery range. We shoot competition. We see smack dab at the start of indoor season and will need to get in there daily to practice as the season goes on. We've dealt with a lot of management issues this summer to now with no priority being given to the archers that support this store. Please do better. Treat your customers right. Heck treat your employees right. Support them. As a business owner myself it's wild what issues with management this store has. Especially for a company as great as bass pro. You're in Vegas now. The last two weeks have been pretty hard, like for anyone going through Corona virus and it's effects on people's pockets I needed to let go of some things and get a couple dollars made so I could cover expenses and well that's what I did. Came into this EZPAWN and set out to just make some ends. Luckily I had the experience of being helped by Krystal Liz and Carlos probably some of the most down to earth and chill personalities you'll meet and came out with what I was looking for. Was referred to use their loan program which offer's me a chance to come back for those things I KNOW would kill me to lose for good and now I got life figured out. This location is just next to the Saint Rose right off eastern and St rose parkway. In the same lot at PTs pub and next door to the cafe. A clean location with fairly good selections in tv, music, games and electronics, tools etc. Masks are required to be worn out of respect for the guidelines of corona virus. They are fair in their judgment and the pricing is honest. I wouldn't dare go to another pawn and would recommend them to someone needing honest pawns or loans lol. 5/5 read more

I've gotten at least (6) diamond rings, diamond stud earrings, a gorgeous 3-diamond pendant and solid gold bracelet. I've used their 6-month layaway program a few times which was especially great for the higher priced items. Drove 30 mins from North Las Vegas to visit this location for a potential Mother's Day gift, I've been coming to this location for about a year. However, I pulled up to the location just to be greeted to employees hanging out side smoking on their vape pens, being lazy and unprofessional. I'm extremely disappointed by this place. I pawned my wedding ring when times got tough for me to pay rent. My ring cost $5k when it was purchased. I pawned it and received $900 I had every intention to buy it back that's why I took the least amount of money just to get by. Today I went to get it out of pawn for the total of $1,256 and to sell (not pawn) it back to them...when I asked how much they would give me for it naturally the guy says he could only give me $1200 for it. What a coincidence. I had no choice but to leave it in there since someone else was loaning me the money to get it out of pawn. This place is a refreshing change from all of the other EZ Pawn shop locations we've visited. Our search for tablets and gaming laptops has been slow and inconsistent. Although we didn't find a gaming laptop, we both found tablets at a reasonable price! We weren't ignored, watched like a hawk and stared at in this place. Elizabeth greeted us and treated us like a human being. She was courteous and friendly, answering all of our questions as best she could. I did observe the other employees as they engaged the customers. This was the refreshing change of scenery I referred to. Other EZ Pawn's ignored us or gave us the silent treatment while playing on their cell phones. We felt very comfortable here and appreciated that Elizabeth held onto our tablets while we shopped other locations! We circled back around closing time and purchased them. Easily one of my fave pawn shops in the area. The prices are reasonable, they offer layaway and there's a large selection of items. The only thing I wish was different was the price structure for waiting for the item to drop, the longer you wait the cheaper the item gets but sometimes that means missing out on some pretty decent things. Purchased a apple iwatch from Losee and Craig location as a graduation gift. Along with that I also purchased a warranty for 15$. We checked to make sure the watch turns on and battery was in good condition, however never did we attempted to PAIR with another device until the gift was actually given to graduate. The watch was still signed in to previous owner and unable to pair. According to the manager who refused to give me his name, it was not his problem. "Policy" states that I had 24 hours to return the item. However I'm also sure that it is "policy" that EZ Pawn should be sure to check their items for pawn before allowing to be pawned? The ball was dropped on their end, and apparently someone has to pay for it.....Me! When I asked for corporates telephone number he laughed and wished me luck, stating I wouldn't get a hold of anyone anytime soon since their office is in Texas. Manager, wouldn't give me his name because he said I did not need it, and when I asked for the store branch number he sarcastically told me to read my reciept. Apparently EZ PAWN does not care about who they have running their business, How they are represented by such managment, or customer service.
