Went to multiple Jewelry stores in the mall today looking for a crucifix for my son's Holy Communion and I was lucky enough to find one here. The quality of the jewelry and look of it was unmatched compared to other stores, and the price was right. Addie was super helpful in finding the appropriate chain for my 14 year old that is rough on his things. She went above and beyond to help is and was very sweet and kind. Savannah was very kind also. I went here on the 2nd to have my daughter's ears pierced, Christina was amazing with her and really attentive, meanwhile another staff member who's name alludes me was great with my son in the manner of keeping him occupied while his sister was getting pierced. They are both extremely sweet and I appreciated both of them! read more

I will adjust rating after we visit store and see how they handle this . We took our one year old twins to get ears pierced . Staff was lovely but on the first piercing , something went wrong and they had trouble getting back on. A few days later I found that same earring on ground . The back had come off . We were unable to get it through hole . Now today second earring is missing . Now our girl will Most likely have to go through the upset of getting them re- pierced. She wasn't even touching ears- those backs shouldn't be coming off . For the cost this is awful . My poor baby . I'm am so disappointed. read more

Sold us a cheap necklace that broke on day 2 of wearing it. We took it in so they'd fix it and it broke again! Our sales person was Laura, awful customer service. She made fun of my partners taste and physical appearance. Laura constantly invalidated my partners opinion when he was the one that was going to purchase the jewelry for me. My worst experience purchasing anything, I gave up talking to the manager she is never there. definitely not the place for first time buyer.

Beware of Daniels Jewelers. They ran my credit and impacted my score. Yet, even with a good credit score they refused to allow me to use my charge account because my boss's phone wasn't on to verify employment. I produced my work badge and was even willing to show recent pay stubs. Yet, this still was not good enough for them. They need to verify this information first before running people's credit and possibly damaging credit scores. Lousy company. read more

My boyfriend and I had a very wonderful experience here. We were looking for a ring i saw on sale on the website and decided to go look at in the store. They didn't have the exact one but something similar. Laura helped us and was extremely helpful and pleasant. She had a great sense of humor. She didn't pressure us into buying anything that day and told us to think about it and she gave us her card. Well the very next day we went back and we wanted strictly Laura to help us. And she did we ended up buying my dream ring we had to order it. And she was extremely patient with us as we asked questions and she answered all of them. We laughed and talked together about life as we waited to get approved for their credit card. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed Laura. I came to this store and experienced the most amazing customer service I could have ever imagined. A family that became, and have spent THOUSANDS at this store. Everything was great until I went back one day to the store with a Movado watch I bought FROM the store. It was a female manager, A new manager, I forget her name but she told me she would not adjust the watch because she would ruin it and referred me to a completly different store to pay for it. I remember the tone of her voice and seriousness. She probably thought I had just bought it elsewhere and tried to get a free adjustment. I will never go back to the store, Will never purchase anything from daniels again. read more

I honestly have four good words to describe this place; AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They try and lure you in with their deals, buy one get the other for a penny, stocking stuffers for $1.99 (which is the offer I went in to take advantage of) I went in to look at the offer and saw a nice rose gold band I asked to see it and an associate let me view it I then handed it back to her... at some point another associate picked it up and took it by the cash register I'm guessing to get a price by this time I ha e my gifts and in the Disney store with my children. I get a phone call about five minutes later from the store associate who took the ring by the register asking if I had "accidentally" taken the ring! I told her I did not she then began to tell me that she hopes I didn't because she would be fired, they would have to check cameras, call lost prevention then the police. I was LIVID!! I was being accused of stealing with my three kids in tow?! Mind you this specific associate had many things going on while she had the jewelry, changing toner, putting paper in the printer, faxing over credit applications. Needless to say they found the ring THEY misplaced. From associates fighting for sales, attitudes avoid at all costs. KAY, Zales etc. are all right downstairs and much better service. read more
