I also brought in a ring to be resized but they were honest in telling me that I was better off sending it back to the jeweler who created the ring (pictured) because the setting was loose and they did not want to risk breaking the stone when resizing because the band was so thin. They took pictures and my measured my true ring size for me to provide to my jeweler in NY all for free and just to be helpful. I will definitely go to them for all my jewelry needs.
